One last side note, there are mandatory pitstops in this event, 2 per race, with 10 minutes between your first and second at the minimum. So you can pit at 40 mins and 50, or 20 or 60. Just as long as its not within the last 3 or first 3 laps. There is some wiggle room, but try to keep it at 10 mins, I'll hand out penaltys on a case by case basis. Say its last possible lap and its 9 mins 40, I'll let it slide, but yeah, case by case basis.

 Hi yall you can probably disregard my last post, I was in a rush whilst making it. Now let's go over all the information you need to know for Round One of the BMCEC.Teams and Class Allocation:Your team number currently tells you where you are starting in Round One, Team 1 is on pole, Team 10 is last. After that the grid is pre-determined for the first six races, the final race will be determined by championship points, with any reserves on that round starting last. Everyone will have 3 races where they start in the Top 5, and 3 races where they start 6th - 10th to balance it out. Below is the teams as of right now. Team Name Allocations:
Teams must use a GTA Sponsor to name their team, varations are allowed, such as Coilatoo's or Scuderia Flavio (If passed by lord blue and king Elm's copyright laws of Flavio lel.)
Team Colours:
All teams should ideally have a different primary colour, so first come first serve. If a colour is listed below, it is still useable. Crossed out colours have been taken already.
Black, Silver, Chrome, White, Gold, Red, Dark Red, Orange, Yellow, Dark Green, Lime Green, Dark Blue, Blue, Light Blue, Brown, Creamish, Purple, Pink, Dark Purple. (For crew colours please show me in a DM so I can verify it.)
Mandatory Pit-stops:
martin170 will be our pit-watcher this season. There will be 2 mandatory pit-stops each race and like in MCEC, there will be a 10 minute window in which you cannot pit after your first pit-stop. As said earlier if you take one early penalty's will be dealt with on a case by case basis. I will show forgiveness in scenarios such as 20 seconds early on the last possible lap to pit. Pits will be open from entering lap 4 and will close at the end of the 4th last lap. So example, opens lap 4/40, pit-lane is closed lap 38/40. Any pits taken during the final 3 laps do not count so it's better to take it early on the 4th last lap then to not take it all basically.
Reserves:
Only reserves listed in the Original Post or Spreadsheet are permitted to race, if you want someone from outside that list to reserve for you, they will need to contact me personally, If they just show up the day of they will not race. You've all been forewarned.
The First Race:
So, let's get into the first race shall we, October 14th, 2018, pre-lobby opens at 7:20pm UTC, if you could all be there for the meetup I'd like to introduce the teams for video purposes. Race lobby opens at 7:50pm UTC and launches at 8pm. We will start no later than 5 minutes late.
GT1 Drivers will be in the Rapid GT Classic.
GT2 Drivers will be in the Stinger.
Hope you all read everything so that come race day we can all enjoy it and have fun, instead of asking a million questions.

Hey guys, just a quick update post. I will be making videos highlighting the entire race story. So if you all wanna lend me any footage to use that would really help me tell the race story of everyone. I would prefer if you just recorded the whole race and tell me any highlights that I can point out to make it easier for me to use. Working about highlights is a bit of a pain but I can also do that if you for whatever reason don't want to send the whole race. This is something I've wanted to do for the old OHM Season Two and Three videos but not enough people recorded the races to make worth while videos. So hopefully this time around you guys would be able to do it! This is by means not mandatory, however just a cool thing that would be really cool if you could all pitch in. <3 |
