Points are updated, and they reflect your top 8 scores. IE, if you've had 9 rounds of scoring atleast 1 point, your lowest round has been dropped and is reflected in the standings spreadsheet. Rocket leads BlueEyedMalice by 1 point for the GT2.
My own comments about changing the final round I will keep to myself.

RE: Calendar changes As Sean is the organiser of the event it is up to him if changes are to be made. It's not some kind of democracy. We had a similar situation in the PS4 event where someone from a team that is fighting for the teams championship can't make the final round. Said team were requesting to move the event a week earlier. The only logical action to take in any instance like this is to keep everything exactly the same. The calendar has indeed been set for months and to move it is tantamount to favouritism. The rules, the calendar, and everything else needs to remain the same for everyone in the interests of a fair competition. But that's just my take on it. Sorry guys, i just cant justify moving it this late. Like we said the calendar has been up for months now.

Or does he need to beat his worst placing so far to get the points needed? Just curious as a spectator.

Malice can improve his 89 points score by making one of his 8 point rounds into something higher. Therefore to win the championship malice must finish 3rd or above.

Can't schedule things around that or we'd never get it done. Could also point to the other round missed by rocket as a reason for not winning the championship which has nothing to do with mothers day.

Shouldnt be on Mothers Day.... This although yes the calendar has been out for months scheduling an event on a holiday is a bad move imo. May 10th is the American date (and many other countries) for Mother's Day. Mother's Day in Britain was March 15th. There was no race scheduled for that date. Honestly, what did you expect? Brits organized this.

Since the race didnt take place in Easter week, i see nothing weird doing the same for Mothers day too; expecially because some are still battleing but it's clear that we're gonna have a few people here. I mean, we are racing with 16 people due to Dc's, what happens in case of a no show? Like 8 players for the final round? Sure thing people could've discussed that earlier, Kelevera is 100% right on this. For the good ending of an even he created, avoid disconnections is impossibile but a massive no show is. Couldn't you turn a blind eye just this once?

If you think I organised this event around mothers day or any other holiday you're misled. I had no idea when mothers day was even in Britain when creating the calendar. The conspiracy theories are real.

Hes won No. If malice finishes 4th or below he will remain on 89 points and you'll win the championship. te likelyhood of him finishing worse than third is very low, so that basically means i have to pray to the R* devs and GTA Gods. 99% chance he will finish though. May 10th looks very cloudy for me....
