Update: Tracks are now available on PC.
In this place, I will present my creations and provide the links to Socialclub. Comments are highly welcome. The tracks are listed in reverse-publication order (from new to old (more or less)) and this post will be kept up-to-date with my latest tracks. Here is a link to all my creations on PS4 and on PC, but individual links are found below.

My first and only airport track. It's been in the works for ages, but I'm finally pleased with it now. I still have a few ideas for one or two shorter variations of this track, which I might look into at some point.
This track is my first one that utilises the new features of the creator to a considerable degree. It includes a pit lane and implements a couple of ideas that hopefully make for a smoother racing experience.
This is another oval race track for slipstreaming. It is more of a fun track, using the large water platform to create banked turns. There exists a variety of these tracks – with this one, I tried to get the curves as smooth as possible while keeping the straights flat.
This track is a short, but very fast-paced circuit in East LS. The philosophy of this track differs slightly from some of my other tracks in that it puts more emphasis on fewer corners. The chicane at the start was inspired by Eau Rouge and can be taken flat-out if you get it right. Most of the corners have a wide entry, intended to encourage battles.
This is a short circuit around the golf course, named after the Guia Circuit of Macau, that has some narrow sections as well as long straights. Therefore, it is recommended to try one of the slower classes first, but even in supers you can have a lot of intense fun here. This track is currently limited to 16 players – let me know if I should change this.
This is probably my most popular track, featuring some interesting corners and elevation changes in Vinewood. Certain sections have some bumps which can make you spin out, so it is important to find a good line. This is the first track in which I included a pit lane.
Old tracks:
The following tracks were created before the creator update und haven't been updated in ages. I consider them a bit (out)dated, but, for completeness, I'll still list them below.
LMAO stuff:
The following are non-serious races.
This is exactly what it says. Have fun!

Flat airport track with a unique layout and design. Stay alert, on the first lap in particular, and memorize the corners. Avoid the barges marking the outside of the track.

}While the western economy still deals with the aftermath of the financial crisis, the East Asian business district of LS shines in new splendor. In order to conceal their plans of taking over the world, Kayton Corp. hosts a modern street race which leaves their compatriots' Wiwang Park in the dust. Spectators are guaranteed to watch high-end cars crash and money dissipate.

}Two massive banked turns have been constructed at Los Santos International Airport in order to stage an oval track race for everyone who is ignorant of the fact that cars in GTA do have brakes. The track has up to 20° tilt in curves and is 1.27 miles long.

}Show off the top speed of your super car on the highway straight, reach the limit of traction in the uphill sweeping high-speed chicane after the first turn and prove your defensive skills in wide open corners without panicking.

}Flat out straights followed by twisty uptown sections with variation in altitude are the characteristics of this circuit. Narrow. Bumpy. Fast.

}A NASCAR driver turning right? That's about as effective as not carving the perfect racing line on this street circuit, as your car will be sent flying into a wall, at corner exit. With this in mind, prepare for a mesmerizing course through the heart of Vinewood.

This track has very fast and smooth corners, which might make it hard to overtake. This is quite a bit different from my other tracks and I'm interested to see how it works. It was substantially inspired by Monza, also reflected in the name of the track.
This is a very short track with only few corners, and contains a pit lane. The name is inspired by The Peckerwood Finish by gropplerz.
This track is perhaps my own interpretation of some of the roads used by Cutting Coroners/Olympic GP. It gets along with a minimum of sticky props and was optimized to keep parked vehicles from spawning. The long left turn near the hospital with three apices was part of the initial idea for this track, but the rest of the track has some well-flowing curves as well.
Named after the hispanic street gang Varrios Los Aztecas in that area, the name is also a reference to Circuit of The Americas. That is because I see a vague resemblence to the real-life track in terms of types of corners and overall structure of the track. However, this is purely coincidental, so this circuit cannot be considered a recreation, by any means.
Best played with many players, this track exposes you to the effects of slipstreaming. Although it seems trivial, this circuit does have three turns that require you to control your throttle. The exact length is 2.29 miles, in case you are interested in calculating your average speed. Without slipstreaming, a Zentorno achieves a lap time of 1:07.3 (averaging 122.5 mph). How much this can be improved with slipstreaming remains to be tested.
This controversial track poses a number of technical challenges on the highway. It is known from Zenzi's Sports IV playlist. I understand and accept the controversy about this track; it's not everyone's taste. Especially during your first lap on this track, you may find it difficult to find your way through all the chicanes and highway ramps. With that in mind, it can be quite enjoyable – particularly, as you will be able to see your opponents passing by, all the time.

}Feel the raw power of your V12 engine supercar as you breeze along this traditional highspeed circuit. Many corners will be taken flat out, providing for only limited overtaking opportunity.

Step hard on the gas to finish first on this Grand-Prix-style circuit through the vibrant parts of Rockford Hills.

}Pluck up your courage and try your luck at scenting the bel air of the lesser parts of South Los Santos as you race through the Rancho neighbourhood, ruled by the Varrios Los Aztecas. This fast-paced circuit features corners of varying size and angle, supplemented by long straights and distinct hairpins. A deliberate wide approach to particular corners is characteristic for this course. Finally, better hurry as soon as you enter Ballas or Vágos territory!

}The Tri-Oval is the famous speedway of Los Santos, known for its NASCAR-style slipstream races. Exact length: 2.29 mi.

A lesson on curves: Del Perro Speedway features consecutive S-curves, hairpins, chicanes, a long-winded 630° spiral as well as an epic double-right turn.

Just crossing the bridge? Oh, that's easy! Wait wha--...?!%#@-$ **sigh**
Traditional track and field relay running race for two teams. Each team completes 6 laps in a relay format. Climb the ramp to pick up the baton at the start line marked on the ground. Then finish the lap and wait for your teammates to finish, or flex your muscles and get ready for another run. Requires at least 4 players (12 max).
(Not a race) It's a maze. Find the way out! Requires a bit of patience (usually 20-30 minutes). -- Pantos only!
Can you make it through the labyrinth without falling off? Easy!... If only you could fly. (Important: Customs off)
This is exactly what it says. Have fun!
