Ok, so its very apparent that I need to suck it up and save for a super car. Against rich randoms, my stock Entity gets beat up and caught up to so easy and against you guys, I may as well be racing against myself as I really cant compete. Now it is general consensus that the Zentorno is a quicker car than the Entity and I completely agree with that. However when I save up for my super car, Im seriously considering not buying it for a few reasons: - Every dickhead (not just dickheads, although they are the ones in Zentorno mostly) and his dog owns one.
- Im more used to driving Entitys. As I stated before, the Entity is the super car I use by default unless it is a long straight track.
- I used to like the look of them, but after seeing a Zentorno on every street corner, I really dont like the look of them anymore.
I guess my questions are... what car should I get? Is the Entity too far off the pace to be consistently competitive? Am I wrong in thinking that 95% of Zentorno drivers are aggressive nobs with mummy issues who forget regularly that the oppositions car is NOT the only form of braking in this game?

Against skilled NoDo's in Zentornos? Too far off pace.
I used to be a regular Entity driver as well, and still have mine. But, Zentorno is just faster in virtually every way. Against randoms, a modded Entity should be able to hold it's own, but that's about it. I don't usually drive my Zentorno in public.

Out of those 2, go for an Entity. I don't know what randoms you've been racing, but those that I've raced against have been no problem for me in a stock Entity. However, when I finally did cave in and buy a supercar I chose a Turismo.

A Turismo is definately another viable option. Many people prefer that car for its drivability and it suits some people's driving styles more than others. I still have my Entity and whilst again, it is more drivable than a Zentorno, Saki is right when he says its too far off the pace. It doesn't like curbs anywhere near as much as the Zentorno and I really struggle to keep up.
I'm not sure about other consoles but on 360 the Turismo has flooded super races over the past few months, but ultimately its no fluke that only one Turismo made it into the top 5 of todays F1 racing championship (see events part of the forum) and I strongly doubt if Entity's were allowed to compete they would have fared any better. The Zentorno really is as quick as Broughy's tests show, probably more so in the right hands. Its also cheaper than an Entity as an added incentive. I switched from a Turismo to Zentorno recently and I'm really starting to reap the rewards.

If you ever raced me, you would regret having an Entity.
Get a Zentorno. It's like choosing to not use off roads when many people do. If you don't use them then technically you are at a disadvantage especially against the NoDo people that are significantly experienced

However, when I finally did cave in and buy a supercar I chose a Turismo. Its the type of randoms that do long highway races or airport races with catchup and slipstream on. At the corners I get out in front, but the acceleration of the modded Zentornos put them right back in my slipstream. Than they come PIT my car or ram me or whatever. Iv found that the Zentornos also take a bit more to hit of the road. I'm not sure if thats me but the Entity seems to get thrown of track relatively easy with a bit of a bump. Although I must admit I really havent learnt how to shrug of attacks from the back and side very well yet. I also love the Turismo, but I find it just a bit tail happy for my style of driving. It is an all round fun car though! If I had it my way, the Vacca would be the best Supercar! ... I wish the Zentorno wasnt so OP

I would recommend driving both, fully modded. Ask a friend with a Zentorno if he can host a GTA race, make him duplicate his car, and end the race in his car. Do thesame with the Entity and pick the one you prefere.
Personal preference is the Entity, I just love it. And I don't think it's that much off the pace.

If you want to win races then I suggest you get good with a Zentorno because it's in a league of its own. Turismo and Entity can keep up with it at some tracks but the Zentorno is consistently the fastest around most.
That being said a fully modded entity will still go pretty quickly. If you want to try out both you can add me and I'll let you drive mine.

It sounds like a case of preference versus competitiveness. The gap between the two isn't non-existent, but it is closed and then some once consistency is taken into account; if you are more comfortable in an Entity and crash less, that time saved from crashes that never happened will make it the car for you. So if you like the Entity's driving, dislike the popularity of the Zentorno, and have a tendency to drive the Entity more, I'd have to say the Entity is the car for you.

I like driving both but think they're also ugly as sin.
I've heard people say the Zentorno is harder to drive and if you're finding that's the case and you're only in it for wins then learn it and forget the rest because it owns. I don't find it particularly hard but the Entity is certainly much more forgiving and only just a bit slower across most tracks.

The Zentorno is just flat out better. Get consistent using the best car in the game or you can buy the entity which at this point seems like supercar training wheels. Its AWD and seemingly endless traction make it one of the easiest cars in the game to drive. The Zentorno just requires far more skill than a turismo or entity to be consistent. Its kind of like comparing a blade and a dominator. One is glued to the earth and reasonably quick. The other has power for days but only in the right hands is it useful.
Also are you racing against NoDos or randoms? because the way your post reads it sounds like you spend 95% of your time racing randoms and not NoDos. There is no way you have that many problems with Zentorno driving NoDos. Either greatly exaggerated or you are racing randoms.
