The following was also detailed in my video here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=amqBZcZSgNg If you didn't know any of this was happening you need to watch more of my vids
On Monday (23rd March) we will be making a change in how the crew operates and shifting to 3 separate platform-specific crews. These crews have been made for some time and some of you have requested to join them already, but I'm actually going to open them up for anyone to join on Monday (I will also be deleting requests so it's up to you to join yourself).
At that point everyone should migrate to the crew that is right for the console/platform you play on. Anyone who is a crew rep or below will be kicked from the main Nonchalant Dominance crew and it will become inactive - we will not be using it any longer. Anyone who is a lieutenant or above is welcome to stay in the crew for sentimental reasons but we will not be using the main crew as it is now to actively play with others.
You can join the crew that is right for you from Monday onwards by clicking here
NoDo PS4
NoDo PC and PS3
NoDo XB1 and 360
The purge will continue to happen for each crew individually when the 1000 member limit is reached (albeit hopefully less often) and the only way to avoid being kicked when this happens is to be promoted to crew rep within the new crews. The process for doing this is identical to before but the rules will be stricter and everyone, no matter how well known you are, will have to follow the steps in the new crews. Being a crew rep or even lieutenant in the original crew means nothing in the new crews. Everyone will join the crew as muscle and can't be promoted any further until they've done the correct steps. A new "how to be promoted and never kicked" thread is now open for this purpose: nodo.freeforums.net/thread/1945/promoted-never-kicked
The reason we've done this is because a single 1000 member crew may have been okay for 2 consoles, but it is vastly inadequate for 5 platforms. All of the rules and guidelines that govern our community apply to the new crews - they're simply just a way to better connect with people on the right console and increase our overall member limit. The reason I've put PS4 on its own is quite simply because it is easily the most populated and is likely to remain that way given I play on it. It's just a natural consequence of the videos and streams.
The crew emblems will be getting sorted soon but the most important thing is to get everyone where they need to be.
Any questions, just ask.
