Beyond the obvious (Broughy/Shaggy) I enjoy: CGP Grey (especially love his videos on the different voting systems) Chris Harris on Cars (finally a car reviewer with actual driving skills) Empty Box (I'm a bit of a sim racer myself and I really enjoy his views on the different sims out there) Internet Comment Etiquette with Erik (probably really awful humor, I enjoy it though) Matthewmatosis (most in depth game reviews out there) ralfidude (I'm a big flight sim nerd and his videos are highly entertaining if you like that sort of thing) peterwindsor (great in depth talks about F1) CGP Grey is awesome, love the voting videos too!

With the exception of Broughy1322 and a bunch of NoDo crew members I don't really subscribe to gaming channels. Here's a few that I like: Wisecrack (film, novels and philosophy analysis in a comedic and accessible style) Red Letter Media (film reviews, discussions and roundtables with an emphasis on bad movies and sarcasm) David Firth (dark surreal animation) Frank Howarth (DIY, stop motion animation, wood work) Corridor Digital (short action films and video game short films) kutiman (musical mashups) Maximus Thor (extremely surreal short films involving a small white boy talking like a fully grown black man. I'm not making that up) Myke C-Town (experimental music discussion and reviews) RED LETTER MEDIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We must talk about this later

Also been enjoying pewdiepie recently too. There's a reason he has so many subs.

Ahoy - Formerly Xbox Ahoy, he does great gun history videos as well as videos giving a brief history of certain aspects regarding the gaming industry. JonTronShow - Mainly focussed on bad game reviews, he also does movie reviews. Funny guy all around. Accursed Farms - A Ross Scott channel, he does lots of Machinima and game reviews. He's currently working on some movie, but still updates periodically. Likely my favourite channel on YouTube. 8-BIT BASTARD - @driftin showed me these guys, and they got some seriously awesome GTA time lapses. Very good at showing the beauty of GTA. Dan Bull - Super dank rapper. Not gaming related, but I also like Vsauce, Veritasium, MinutePhysics, Numberphile, CGP Grey, Kurz Gesagt, Merriam-Webster, PBS Idea Channel and bunch of other educational channels.

My new favourite YouTube channel that I've discovered through the latest Vsauce video. The Dictionary of Obscure SorrowsIt's a channel dedicated to neologisms - which the narrator calls obscure sorrows - made up words that describe poignant instances in life such as “vemödalen” which is the fear that everything has already been done, or “sonder”, the realisation that everyone has a story. All of these words are given poetic narration with some beautiful and relevant stock footage and relaxing music. It's really quite lovely.

Possibly my favourite gif of all time...Sonder does make my mind boggle sometimes.

Next to Broughy and gun1t (which seem mandatory to mention) I really like numberphile. Glad to see I'm not the only one here that does

For game related videos, other than the B-man -JonTronShow -videogamedunkey - (silly crap, but probably had the funniest review of gta v when it first came out) -penguinz0 -charlezzz - (he trolls people on Second Life.... hilarious) -TheWarOwl - excellent Counter Strike : Global Offensive videos, but i don't play it much anymore. For everything else: -Ashens -RedLetterMedia -RegularCars I'm probably missing a few but most of these youtubers are hysterical. I also find myself watching Russian Dash Cam videos waaaaay too often XD

Also been enjoying pewdiepie recently too. There's a reason he has so many subs. Pewds is a rare case where he has become famous but not changed. Still the same as he was in his first videos. Never watched him until recently but he is really funny.

I do actually watch a lot of political commentary on YouTube from people like The Justicar, Julie Borowski, Stephen Crowder, 6oodfella, etc. Aside from that, VSauce is definitely a favorite as well as Veritasium, Quirkology, and Brusspup. For car videos, Vehicle Virgins and Marchettino are pretty underrated in my opinion (check those two out ) One of my favorites is ADoseOfBuckley. He has a lot of funny funny videos, but he's best well known for his "Worst Songs of 20__" videos. He also has a similar mindset to Broughy about making YouTube videos, as he explains here: Also, I'm curious on the people of NoDo's opinions about this: I LOVE videos from Vanoss and his friends (WILDCAT, Mini Ladd, Terrorisor, etc.). I think they make the best gaming videos on YouTube because they're funny, they have great chemistry together, and put a lot of time and effort into their videos. Any other Vanoss fans?

It's wonderful to see all the good educational channels listed here. Vsauce, Veritasium, Numberphile, CGP Grey, PBS Ideas etc are absolutely wonderful and a great antidote to the endless amount of dubstep remixed Rick Rolling cat 360 no-scope reacts to Hitler videos out there.
