Sorry ChrisDE22. I do have Project Cars but I don't have PS+ yet and I've already used the free trial on my account on my PS3. Won't be getting it for another few weeks when payday arrives because the 330 quid this month has left me barely scraping by the rest of the month....so worth it though! lol  |

ChrisDE22 if you could start this event next week and not this week that would be good, the first reason is because we are only 7 people and we need at least 12-14 people. The second reason is because I can't make it this friday.

Sounds awesome mate, my biggest problem is I use a controller so manual gear change is like fingers and thumbs all over the place and also the controller oblivious has no feed back so any loss of grip it's normally to late. Saying this someone has to be at the back my why change a habit of my racing results, sign me up mate. Depending on date and time tho.

For manual gears on controller I'd suggest mapping the buttons for that to one of the d-pad ones or shapes. Not sure if you tried that, but my experience is that this way is a little bit better than the L1/R1 combo... You won't need your right thumb, so shape buttons are a good go. Maybe even L3/R3?
I'll join the event with the BMW M3 E92 GT4. No idea what livery.. Do I really have to say that now?

I cant stop playing this game so im interested but im using a controller and have only been playing with automatic gears. Any chance of the manual gears being optional??

After a little bit of practice and remapping of the buttons (thanks tjezc) the manual gears aren't as difficult as i thought. So sign me up please, im free every Friday but not Sunday's. My weapon of choice will be the Aston Martin V8 Vantage!! Livery; Aston Martin Racing #100
