Now that I think of it, I do want give you a heads up about how I'll manage the pit. The general rule of the 20 seconds will stay of course, that in the rules, but please if you see people in front of you in the pit take it slow. There is no need to rush things there, the race is happening on the track not in the pits. Everyone is going to have to wait the designated 20 seconds anyway. Another thing is that instead of shooting, like Xepy★̅ did on Blain County 24 H, the signal to go will be me honking the horn. |

I just asked The_One because he mentioned that he can also not participate in some races, so we both would match. Anyway he didn't answer until now but because he provides himself as a reserve driver in the first place, i would think it's not a problem if I form a team with you. But I have to warn you: I am not that experienced I have no issue with you missing a few races, nor I do take issue with a lack of experience. It's not as if I'll be competing for a trophy myself, but we can have some fun and learn along the way. Player X enters the game! It is my greatest pleasure to have the opporunity to announce the latest contender for the F1 Championship, the Xero Motorsports F1 Team! We have managed to get on board two great drivers for this season. Together they will create a mix of talent and experience, which we are confident will have Xero Motorsports battling for the highest places. Our first driver is the upcoming star arken. Unproven, yet very promising, this driver has already shown some great skill on the local racing scene and is now putting in amazing laptimes in practice runs. He will surely be looking to impress. Anyone underestimating this man is in for a nasty surprise. The second driver in our team is Renegade1911. This experienced veteran with rich endurance racing history may be past his prime, but his undeniable resolve to still make a mark is what we hope will leave him and the Xero F1 Team with a good amount of points at the end of the season. It is not his first time racing for Xero, he, along with his teammate sarconic, has made his debut in the first ever endurance race held in San Andreas on the famous track of North Loop, where he unfortunately suffered from an engine failure on his Elegy RH8. He then made his way to the LS Customs Racing Team (coincidentally our rivals this year) for the second endurance showdown, this time on LSGP, where he totaled his Coquette after brake failure. Even after these two disappointments, his agent got him a spot in the rival RON Racing team, alongside Broughy1322, to compete for the first ever MCEC title. While RON Racing did not manage to beat their greatest rivals that year, the Preservex Racing Team, Renegade did manage to reach for the title in his GP2 with 3 wins in the eason. And that is where our hopes for this driver come from. He might not be putting in the quickest laptimes, but his consistency and relentless ability to defend give us confidence he will not be a dead weight this season.  Our drivers standing proudly next to their cars. On behalf of our drivers and our entire team, we want to thank you for your support to wish you the best possible enjoyment of the upcoming season. Hey cFiyah, shooting like blah did on BC24hrs was not effective so hunking your horn should do better. But I only want that as an addition to using the teamspeak. You have to say the name and the time of the driver that can leave the pits so he clearly knows when to leave. Also everybody has to check the time by themselfes. Grotti F1 Championship News:
I want to let everybody know that I am setting a deadline for announcing your teamname & colors:
The 21/06/2015 until 24:00/12am will be the last day announcments for name/color will be accepted.
This is because we will have an meet-up to produce a video to introduce the teams that take part in this event. Further information will follow asap. This meet-up is NOT mandatory but I encourage everybody to show up and introduce your to so we can show that the PC community is producing some nice events.
I also edited the OP with this.
For further information you can also ask Ganjalo and mrcleanup

The major concern with the car is that it might get in the way on some tracks but it should be fine. From what I got from the test run, if there's 2 or more people in the pits at the same time, things could get a little hectic so just be careful and keep track of your own countdown. |

I have a strategy prepared for the pits already, so I'm just gonna share it. I'll be using 2 stopwatches, that will measure the time for the 2 first people in the pit and when the first person exits i will reset it for the 3rd and so on. Concerning the horn, I will be using the Clown Horn as it makes the most distinct sound and is the the shortest and loudest. I need to ask everyone to NOT USE the Clown Horn, just change it to anything else, to avoid confusion and possibly cheating. Yeah dont worry to much. The 3rd driver just has to look at his time by himself. You are just there to support and check everybody is doing in right. Ch1ll1 will record the pits so if there are controversy situations we can look into them. |
