Spain. (with the period) on RSC. Just recently joined the crew so I'm in no hurry to get into the main crew, but it'd be cool to down the line. Been racing with the crew a ton lately and everyone's been pretty awesome so far.

Racing has been a big thing for me, although I do not expect it soon I would love to go into the bigger crew, it seems I never get enough racers to join me, and when I do it's always the same people, I want to have many more racers race with me so if you can eventually I'd like to join the main crew.

I'd just like to make a comment to the powers that be....
I'm not saying I deserve to be in the main crew. If racing ability it the major criteria, I'm just not there yet.
That being said...
There are 1000 registered members. This doesn't include members who have left or been kicked.
Using the R* social club to check the overall RP rankings, you will see:
There are 446 Xbox players who have registered at least 1 minute of play time with the crew set to active. (7 of these haven't registered a single RP)
There are 488 PS players who have registered at least 1 minute of play time with the crew set to active (8 of these haven't registered a single RP & 1, somehow, has actually registered negative RP)
This means there are AT LEAST 66 registered members who have never actively represented the crew (and again, this doesn't factor those who are no longer members)
It's kind of sad that there are active members in NODO2 who would like to move up, but can't because the spots are being taken by non-participating members (not to mention the inactive members).

yeah, this was the easy part.
The hard part would be figuring out who, out of the 1000 registered members, has never participated.
Having said that, I would start with 15 members who are easily identifiable and haven't registered a single RP (unless they just joined recently), as candidates for removal.

I would love to join the main crew. I'm not the best, but I am very active and available, kids permitting. (For example, when I started this reply, my oldest runs up and gives me a Lego gun he built. We played battlefield in the house for the next 15 minutes.)
