Well AIDS I'm not going to be there this week. Got that bowling tournament you know. I tried to get a reserve(mateorocksxd) but damn guy is letting someone borrow his gta. So unless anyone else wants to reserve(gravy preymantis frasers2709 xpeidl iiGeronimo thedelgadic1) My place will be empty this week. I should be able to make it to today's race and I really want to race, however it's going to be tight on time!

Ok, so to put it lightly, this week's race went terribly. Not the race itself, from what I hear, JettaArts, Trowa and @ohthatdezign had a great, close race together. But only they finished the race. Five drivers started. Those three as well as MoShots and myself. 5 drivers. Out of the 18 drivers signed up, only 5 showed up today. Now that's just sad. You committed to this event, I expect you to be there. As for finishing, well, disconnections are unavoidable, it's bound to happen, it's what happened to me today, and I'm the one running the thing. I am so sorry jackimo my first alarm woke me up and I turn the following alarms off because they were loud and I fell asleep while eating breakfast. I am dearly sorry about that and it was unprofessional. I also cannot make next weeks race because I have to pick up my books for school. I will be able to make the last two races though Jackimo |

Sorry to have such a negative post but it had to be said. I think the important parts of this is: Dont rage quit as is covered above, and if you're not going to turn up, put it in the thread so that we know. The racing we did get done was close and intense and I thank the people that did show up for keeping it entertaining. I just hope more people arrive next week! |

I am very sorry about this week I was looking forward to it and everything then yesterday I got a text from one of my team mates on my hockey team that one of my teammates father died and this morning was the visitation and funeral so I was there for the entirety of the race sorry that I couldn't make it but it was something I needed to go to

The up coming F1 race on Saturday the 8th should replace yesterday's race, even though 3 people finished the race, the points should not be counted. This is an F1 event, drivers in real real life don't have a race off so why should we, I can't emphasise this enough about how you must let the event leader (jackimo) know if you are going or not going to attend the event. Any races which have a low amount of players in the future should be postponed to other dates to allow the race lobbies to fill up so this event can be a championship and not a event where only half the players turn up every week. Although I was away yesterday I have no excuse about not writing a message to notify you jackimo that I couldn't attend the event so I apologise but in the future, I think we should all respect that this is an event so if you can't make a race, say so, so that jackimo can acknowledge your absence to the race and find a reserve. iEnf0rcer I completely disagree with some key bits in here. First off, the points should absolutely count. Punctuality is very important in everything you do and people who actually showed up should be rewarded for doing so. Likewise the people who didnt show up with no indication of their absence should not be rewarded with a second chance. Postponing an event that is a one off race or playlist would be one thing but this is a championship series and going back to punctuality you are expected to show up when the races are scheduled. Freebies, mulligans and do-overs should not be a factor here. Missing a single week (anymore than that is ridiculous) because of an alarm clock aka just oversleeping is a bit forgivable because you had every intention of being there but deciding you arent going to be there (no matter how justified the reason may be) and not letting anyone know is disrespectful to the organizer, your fellow racers and the reserve drivers who wanted to be a part of this. This applies to ALL events, not just this one. GGs to Design and Jetta. |

Jackimo, i've missed races because my family keeps making me miss the race with little to no warning. i had every intention of making it to every race but if my family needs me they come first and im missing the race. please forgive my absence but i seem to have no control of my saturdays any more.

On top of that, there was no race last week. I have already postponed it. In F1, the race goes ahead, regardless of how many drivers show up. 2005 United States Grand Prix Of the 20 qualifiers, only 6 raced. The other 14 couldn't race due to unsafe tires. Did that race count towards the championship? Absolutely, and it's probably the only reason Michael Schumacher did so well in the drivers' championship that year. Because he raced when few other people did. Should I punish Trowa, Dezign, Jetta and Moshots for being there for the event they committed to? Of course not! If you didn't show up, that's your fault. Another thing, if we get less than half a full lobby next week, I'll just cancel the last two races. If we get less than twelve drivers in the lobby, the last two rounds will be run at half length and on the same day. |

Long story short, I am unable to host today. If someone else wants to run the thing and send a pic of the qualifying screen and the end race screen, they can. Otherwise the event will postponed. |

I am sad to announce that this event will not be continuing. This week I encountered some problems that meant I could not make the race. Luckily, Trowa was there and would've run the race if more than 4 people showed up. Since there was a tiny amount of drivers that showed up, the rest of the races are cancelled.
