Insurance provider Mors Mutual Insurance has decided that they no longer want their name to be associated with destroyed cars and people dying. They have decided to sponsor a motor racing series. Specifically, a multi-class endurance series. Will this be the push they need to become more popular with the citizens of San Andreas? Probably not, but they're trying anyway.

This is a more casual take on the tried and tested "multi-class endurance" format. A race will be held every two weeks. The idea is that we race cars that we like as opposed to cars that are fast. After every race , a poll goes up, and the results of that poll will decide what we will race the following fortnight. If you would like to suggest a theme, track, car, whatever, post it below and I will make it work somehow.


Pre-Lobby
There will be invites going out for the pre-lobby around 7pm UTC. There will be an award for best dressed that includes both your car and your avatar. Qualifying
Qualifying will be 2 laps followed by a cooldown lap. All drivers will be in one qualifying session together, regardless of class. If you do not show up in time, you will not qualify and will start at the back regardless of your class. If someone disconnects from qualifying they will start just behind the lowest driver in their class that qualified. This may seem unfair but it’s to incentivise being on time.

Starting Grid
All cars will line up on the grid in order of qualifying results
Cars shall set off on a formation lap, passing through pit lane (if applicable).
After the formation lap, cars shall line up 1 car length behind the car in front.
The race is started at a particular time according to the in-game timer.
If, for whatever reason, you have trouble lining up on the grid, you will start at the back.

To sign up, simply post below that you would like to participate. It is not necessary to state which class you will be in, since it will likely change from fortnight to fortnight anyway. It is your responsibility to make sure you know which vehicles are allowed.
