While this is true the blade only has an advantage in first and second gear. After that the dominator pulls away, take corners cleanly and the Dom is better. Consecutive corner tracks (which generally are awful for muscles and people don't use Muscles on them) are a different story but even in a hairpin the Dom is better bc of its turning radius. Obviously this is the case because those are the only cars anyone uses in those classes with the exception of the Massacro on long straight tracks and the exemplar is now replaced by the Zion or the Felon.
Understeer is an understatement. Only bc of its grip does the car not spin out and as a result the car is able to take ungodly lines that take up the entire road CAUSING ACCIDENTS. The blade is simply unable to pass a Dom cleanly because their race lines intersect. The dominator thrives on straight line speed and carrying that speed through the corners means taking straighter lines or you oversteer. The Blade thrives on hogging the entire road and as a result it results in accidents. Accidents that dont happen nearly as often when people used just Dominators.
Excuse me Im blaming it on the cars inability to turn without hogging the road and punting people off it. As a matter of fact I dont even get wrecked anymore because I know to wait for a straight to own that shit car on and I also know that I can just bide my time and wait for the Blades to accidently pit each other because the car wont turn and allow for an inside pass. You go ahead and love the car but you are a detriment to everyone else on the road in it and that goes for anyone using it. The car can turnout some great lap times IN SPACE but try and use some racecraft and the car is buns. Moreover the Dominator puts down better lap times on any proper muscle race and is a better car when attempting a pass. The only catch is you have to have some skill to drive it. You cant just hop in a Dominator and be a master. It takes skill to drive where the blade you can be decently fast in no matter your skill or lack there of because of its insane grip. If you can eliminate sliding in a Dominator it is king of its class hands down.
The blade is more or less training wheels for Muscle races. Its a noob car imo the dominator requires more skill and has more room for error but is superior when driven properly.
By my experience, the most common tracks for muscle cars do contain turns fairly often, so while that could be a difference in experience, the fact that their is a person to person difference should be enough to dismiss this.
That was my point. You are accusing the Blade as being the cause of the most crashes in its class, and I was implying that was true because it is the most popular car in its class much like the previously mentioned cars.
I'll take what is a biased opinion for 400 Alex.
I'll admit, the Blade takes up more space and has a wider turn radius than the Dominator, but the Picador is in the same boat on both aspects, and yet you aren't complaining about that car. Again, I think this is a case of calling a car bad because it is common and often wielded by bad drivers(both points caused by it being a DLC/new car).
At the end of the day, I think you lost my point somewhere along the line. I've never claimed that it is the best racing car(though it is a respectable choice), nor have I ever preferred it over the Dominator. Remember that I got it and continue to have it for looks, not performance.
