what even is koala juice?
Watching the video I was happy with how it turned out. That chair is just ridiculous, in terms of the gestures, and I had to try and react to whatever my avatar was doing.

Alright. Overall, loved the video. Very top notch stuff, and really looking forward to coverage of the races even more than I was before. The idea of having a "walk around" the track coming up is awesome, especially having it narrated to give a quick idea of what is happening on screen and what is coming up. The interview sections were both insightful and hilarious, but I think ender needs to lay off the koala juice just a little bit. The only real thing I can think of making it better would be possibly changing up the flying laps around the track and pausing it here and there. I love watching similar things for tracks for professional racing, and they usually have a driver do a quick description of the overall track with a few bits about tricky sections or other things that make the track unique. This is followed by a flying lap around the track with the driver talking over the footage and pointing out common braking points or if a driver will want to hold their gear change for slightly longer than normal because of upcoming sections or stressing points about the key aspects of the track that were discussed or mentioned in the earlier part of the video. I think it would really flow better and be a little less disjointed. That is a good point Blade. We could have a driver out of the competition comment over a flying lap they did. Shorter than what we did for the first video and without the stopping of the video. Special corners could be explained prior to the video with a screenshot that better allows explanation.

Yea, something like this with more indepth discussion either before or after to highlight the special stuff in the track for everyone to watch out for.

Good concept for video showcases of this series.

Grotti F1 Information
There is less than one week to go until the first race of the season. Because some people have asked to do so I have updated the main post with the race settings for the specific races. Here is a little round-up:
Yellow Jack: Noon Zan-Cudo: Morning Mirrors Edge: Noon Monaco: Night Peckerwood: Current Sunset Hill: Noon Montreal: Noon McKenzie: Noon
All races will be held with current weather conditions.
Qualifying will always be held at clear conditions.
Grotti F1 Qualifying Regulations
There is one official qualifying session (Thursday/8:30pm UTC (after daily playlist)) prior to raceday. If you are not able to participate in the official QF sent a message with a screenshot of your time to Oh_Darn. Your message has to be sent by 8:30pm UTC Thursday prior to qualifying and needs to be taken with a party of at least 2 drivers. If you sent your screenshot after the official qualifying it cannot be counted!!! DON´T post a screenshot on this thread! If the assumption appears that a driver actively misses official qualifying to gain an advantage in starting position due to a tremendous amount of hotlapping to achieve the posted time (screenshot), officials might take further actions into account to limit this behaviour.
Grotti F1 Officials
Let me know if you guys are still up for these jobs as officials for the raceweekends:
Prutoog - safetycar driver cloudmcshort - updating championship standings Oh_Darn - qualifying official / race host meetmypyro - cameramen / race host DrKloden - cameramen .fiyah - pitwatcher
Also would somebody be so kind to allow DrKloden to use your second account for spawning a helicopter during the race for the purpose of video capturing?
