Welcome to the Declasse Championship, an event in which 13 different vehicles of this manufacturer are put to the test, ranging from classes such as vans to classic sportscars. There will be eight races spread out over three seperate Sunday nights to determine the true Declasse master. There will be two classes in each race, and you are allowed to choose your class for every race. You are not locked to a GT. Be aware however, that points for the overall Declasse championship can be gathered in all GTs. So a class with fewer drivers might get you a better chance at earning points. There will be three championships; one overall Declasse Championship and one for GT1 and GT2.

Points: Drivers earn points by participating in races. A higher finish in a class obviously earns you more points. The points system in each class is as follows:
30-24-20-18-16-15-14-etc-1
Pole position in a class gets you two points, and the fastest race lap in a class earns you three points. So the maximum amount of points you can get in one race is 35.
Qualifying and start procedure: for each race there will be qualifying. I will host some sessions in days coming up to the race days as well as the day itself, but you can also hotlap on your own and send me screenshots of your lap times. Fastest lap sent to me gets pole position. Be aware that qualifying for the stock Rhapsody class has to be done on a special version of the track locked to stock Rhapsods, as there is no way for me to know whether a car is stock or not when all I can see is laptimes. Please let me know before the races what cars you will be driving, so I don't have to figure all that out on the grid. A few notes for this: screenshots of laptimes in a lobby that also included vehicles potentially faster than the ones used are invalid. Example: if you send me a screenshot of a laptime you set in an Asea but on that screenshot is also someone with a Schafter, all lap times on that screenshot do not count.
You may send me screenshots for both GTs if you are undecided about the vehicle you want to race. Send the screenshots to me on PSN or on Slack.
Start procedure: all cars in GT1 will start at the front, and will start 10 seconds before GT2. This is done so that there will be fewer accidents in the first lap, and GT2 normally have slower vehicles anyway. The race official will make sure the grid is in order and start off the race with a sticky bomb. Each race will take around 20 minutes for the GT1s to finish, except for the final two races, which will take 30 minutes each.
Pitting: there is one mandatory pit stop for every race. You can take your pit stop on any lap, except for the first and last laps. At the pit lane exit drivers must come to a full stop and remain stationary for a full ten seconds before continuing. When rejoining the track, drivers must make sure to not get in anyone's way, as this is an unsafe release and will be penalized. Additionally, when you have already made your mandatory stop and you wish to repair your vehicle at a later stage, you do not have to stop in the pit lane again, EXCEPT when there is already someone stopped for their mandatory stop. In that case you will have to wait behind him and exit when he does. NO overtaking in the pit lane.

Some of the cars used for this event can be pretty expensive, others will be completely free. Here is a list of all the cars that will be used.

So even if you don't have a lot of money to spend, there are cheap options for almost every race. The lowrider race is the one exception, as both the Moonbeam and Voodoo cost a lot of money to be upgraded into a lowrider.
Please note that you do not have to use a lowrider, regular versions are also fine.
