The Bravado Motor Company has been one of the largest vehicle producers since it's inception in the early 20th century. In that time they have manufactured everything from farmyard work trucks to high-powered racecars, to family SUVs and commercial Vans. After numerous entries into popular Los Santos racing events with it's official racing team Bravado Racing, they are poised to host one of the most ambitious racing events yet with a 4 week, multi-stage competition to show off the best of the Bravado Brand and test their most popular vehicles around various circuits. This is: The Bravado Cup. Only 1 team of two can take home the most prestigious prize in American Motorsport.
Week 1: Old School vs. New School
Recently a brand new vehicle has rolled off the showroom floor of Bravado Headquarters, and is seeking to dethrone the current top dog in American performance, the Bravado Banshee. Recently liberated in a corporate deal overseas, this European concept car has been given an American facelift featuring added horsepower from an upgraded engine and additional leg room, cup holders, and fold down seats. Now this vehicle can feel the freedom of the open road, the beautiful American sun across it's hood, and the efficiency of American gasoline, something it would never have on the dreary, sad roads of England. But, can it compete with the classic Bravado Banshee, a car that has been through 5 generations, around a circuit? This showdown should be one to watch as drivers push both of these American masterpieces to the absolute limit around the Vinewood Hills.

Points:
Alright, I am proud to announce our completely original, made in the USA point system for this competition.
The point system is called the Freedom, Independence, Allegiance points system also know as the F.I.A. and is as follows.
Each race will have somewhat different scoring brackets for many ways to earn points. In the 3 "Showdown" style races (races 1, 2, and 4), you will earn points based on both your overall grid position AND your position relative to vehicles of your type. In the Multi-Class Stock Car race you will be scored only on your position within your class, and for the Youga and the Banshee only race you will only be scored relative to your overall position in the field. There will also be a 5 point bonus for having the fastest lap, and another for having the fastest lap in your type of car. Points will be applied individually as well as to your team's total.
Points for position are as follows:
1st: 25 pts
2nd: 18 pts
3rd: 15 pts
4th: 12 pts
5th: 10pts
6th: 8pts
7th: 6 pts
8th: 4 pts
9th: 2 pts
10th: 1pt
So for instance, lets say you come in 4th in the first race in a Banshee, behind 3 Losers and you get the fastest lap of all cars. You would then be awarded 12pts for your overall position, 25pts for your position among the Banshees, 5 points for the fastest lap overall, and 5 points for the fastest lap in the Banshees, bringing you a total of 47 points in your first round.
Another example, lets say you come in 13th in a Bison with 7 Gresleys in front of you. You would get 0 pts for your overall position, but 8pts for your position among the Bisons.
Will this work? Absolutely no clue whatsoever, but I'm trying to be a little different. If there is too much outcry we can just go to the same system as the SATCC. What this does is it makes the Showdowns the more important races and the biggest opportunity to earn points.
Oh, and the final round is double points. Maybe we'll see a super comeback at the end? Who knows!

The Bravado Buffalo S Racecar has plenty of experience around this famous track from when it took on rival Vapid's top Racecar a while back, but the older Gauntlet Racecar has never been driven around this track. Week 3: The Large Vehicle Showcase
(re-worked)
(re-worked)
One of the most distinct features of American vehicles has always been their size. Since the first land vehicle was created, American engineers have dreamed of making it bigger. Whether it's a large bed to haul farm equipment or 6 children, more leg room to support American drivers, or additional seats to to take the football team for pizza after a big win, America has striven to take good ideas and make them better. In this 2 part day, you will see a showdown between the CarMagz Truck of the year Bravado Bison with it's best in class towing take on America's leading mid-size SUV on the highways of Los Santos, as well as a showcase of the often overlooked Bravado Youga Racing Van around one of the original racing circuits of LS.
Info: This Day will feature two unique events. The first race will be a showdown between the Bison and Gresley where 1 of each team will be in each vehicle, with no swapping. Then all drivers will be in a Youga for the second race.

Week 4: The Return of the Mid-Drive Speed Boost
One of the staples of American race technology has been the Mid-Drive Speed Boost. Due to a recent manufacturing error perpetrated by communists, the Mid-Drive speed boost was temporarily unavailable to use. But, now it's back and it's ready to unleash it's power out of every hairpin and tight turn in Los Santos. This race will feature every driver in the same car, the Bravado Banshee, which gets the biggest benefit of any vehicle when it comes to Mid Drive Speed Boost technology around a very short track specially made to suit the boost. This race will not only challenge driver's ability to overtake, but also their consistency.
