Me and darkalex45 will be representing Bawsaq Stocks (Thats how we lost all our Money and the only reason we are joining the poormanscup) And with the stockmarket losing me all my Money (jk) I do not have access to the Blista Compact. Do you think practicing with the Futo is the closest thing? But if i understood it correctly you could borrow a blista compact for the race?

The Futo is absolutely nothing like the Blista Compact. Uncle Eddy, there is a considerable amount of time before the event. I'd recommend hosting a practice session for those that can't buy it at some point. The Blista is a very different car.

I think we can all see there is a bit of a problem regarding the availability of the blista compact among some of the participants (myself included). So I made this thread on the general board. I was wondering if one of the commisioners who was on last gen could get the ball rolling a little, asking people they knew to help out, for the sake of not having to wait 10 mins for car spawns, and also for events in the future.

According to Broughy's times around CCGP, the Asea is the closest FWD to the Blista Compact. It doesn't handle exactly the same but you should experience the same crazy speeds and violent understeer.

Guys, the blista compact is kinda a unique car. I can host some practice session for those who can't buy it and i can give you mine for the race as it will be GTA. The only side effect is you can't respawn during the race or you will lose the car.

I'm slightly curious as to why people would sign up if neither them nor their partner owns the blista. I'm open to having practice sessions before hand as it enables those who dont own the blista to be competitive but am afraid the event would be changed fairly drastically if we changed from the blista to something like the futo. Especially if it rains.

If you restricted it to only those with it you'd get very few signups.

Think about it, if the Blista spots would be occupied by only people who actually has it, there would be like 4.. I picked the blista just because i know that my teammate doesn't have it and i do. It's always the same issue when people pick those exclusive cars. (Looking at you Sugar_Free_Nos. Kappa)
