Not really sure what to put here, so I'll just say some short things.
- Cool, I was picked! Now to try and not finish last in GT2. - I hope we can keep it to current weather, as there is nothing like racing in changing conditions. - I like squirrels. - I don't really care about the car selections. As long as everyone in my class has the same vehicles, I'm good.

Well with this car selection GT3 is going to be a mess considering you have the least skilled drivers in the most skill based cars, so lapping them will be key to a smooth championship.
As for weather, if you get everyone in the same freemode lobby before the race then everyone should sync up and everything will be fine.

Was there any singup period for this or did I miss something? You must have missed the signup period then. Well, there's always Season 4

I was wondering is it too late to sign up for GT4/5 Broughy1322? I somehow missed signing up for this, it'd be a shame if I've missed that too.

Broughy1322 - Those stats are a nice idea by the way, but then i always like anything stat based like that anyway.

when will the car restrictions be out just so I can upgrade my cars to see if I have enough cash and I totally agree with nos there these cars will be so uncontrollable it scares me to think how I am going to do in these races as these cars are so hard to drive

I have a question about being a reserve. So since I'm a gt3 reserve, I can't reserve for someone in gt2 or gt1. Also would I need to purchase the car or can I barrow one from another gt3 driver.

My honest opinion on the weather issue.
I think ALL races should be raced in current weather, it makes everything much more unpredictable and fun, it takes quite some skill to switch lines/braking points when the rain kicks in.
If it rains for all but one, so be it. The championship is over 10 races of which the best 7 will count towards the total. Not a lot will change. I've never seen or heard of it happening in any of all the PC events we've had, or even the daily playlist we've been running every day for the past 8 months or so. So for the extremely small possibility it can happen, do we really need to remove a factor that adds fun, unpredictability and requires skill to handle?
What other downside has current weather besides having a glitch that happens once in every couple of thousand races?

Just getting hold of my GT 3 cars now, seems i'll need to buy a shark card this time round i think, at least there's a few cars in amongst them i've never driven before.

And after looking in more detail into these cars, thank god I'm not in GT3. I'd probably be dropping out if I was in GT3, especially if I was of the skill level to be put into GT3 because the majority of those cars simply wouldn't be controllable by me. Also disappointed to see Muscle on RON. The Hotknife is going to be a b*tch to drive and overtake there in the inner section, along with RON being a track that benefits from speed to make it enjoyable. Maybe GT1 will have fun, but GT2 will fall asleep at the wheel and GT3 will throw the controller out the window. I know when we used it on PC in coupes everyone said it really suffered from being in a slow vehicle. I feel that if you're going to do RON you need to be in something fast such as supers, Except for vans which are terrible on everything (at least I get to drive the Youga which is great). I just think that you didn't play it safe enough with the car choices, or it seems that you picked them with only PS4 in mind where it seems GT3 may be qualified to control these cars. Muscle should have just be the easy, easy choice of Dom, Vigero, Nightshade, the Penumbra should be GT3 so the drivers can actually get the damn thing around the track and not overtake the Kurumas on the back straight, and the Windsor again will simply be to hard for these low level drivers to control without ruining both their race and possibly someone else's. Not hating or b*tching, just sharing my thoughts as that's what the thread is for. See you all at the races. Hates and bitches. Says "Not hating or bitching" At least you gave all GT3 drivers a nice confidence boost.

Broughy1322does disconnecting count as missing a race. If not, is there a number of times you can disconect before you get kicked from the championship.

Broughy1322 - Is it fair to assume that all cars will have all performance upgrades as usual, and the only restrictions will be the wheel type (plus some visual limitations as already mentioned)? Just want to double check before i start upgrading cars for practice thats all.
