What is Touring Car Racing?
Touring Car Racing is basically saloon cars racing against each other on medium sized tracks with cars from around the globe. It started in the 1960's with Mini Coopers and Camaros racing around tracks like Brands Hatch and Silverstone. However it's now an international sport which goes to tracks all over the world from Britain to East Russia.

When your at the car show you aren't allowed weapons, explosives, wanted levels, destruction of other peoples cars, robbing peoples cars.
Teams:
You are allowed a team of 2 people or you can just go solo as a privateer. There will one big manufactures' championship and two others separating the privateers from the teams.
The points scheme will be each driver's total points added up to make up the manufacturers' championship.
You are only allowed to be in a team with other people in the same car as you.

Races Schedule:
2:00pm GMT= Car show and meet up (optional)
2:20pm GMT= First race will be hosted and started once everyone has joined
2:50pm GMT= End of first race and five minute break
2:55pm GMT= Second race will be hosted and started once everyone has joined
3:25pm GMT= End of second race and five minute break
3:30pm GMT= Host of last race and started once everyone has joined
4:00pm GMT= End of race and event
Race Rules:
Race mode: GTA
Laps: Down to the size of the track
Time: First race will be done with morning time setting, second race will be done with noon time setting and the last race will be done with noon time setting again.

Race event rules
Start of Race: The start of the race will be started by sticky bombs from one of the race officials (no one goes on the count down). Listen very clearly to me (Dirt-Truck) because we may have to move to a different location to start the race.
Grid organising: The grid should take under 5 minutes to organise. If the race isn't started in less than 5 minutes the extra time that it take will be deducted from the next race.
Accident issues: If you/someone else takes out you/someone please respected the racing rules by waiting and letting them back past. If you don't let them back past you will be issued a warning on an illegal racing move, if you do it a seconded time you will have a drive through penalty/a 20 second penalty add to your race after the race (race official decides from these 2 depending on how bad the accident is. If you do it a Third time you will be sent to the back of the grid for the next 2 races/miss out on one races (race official decides from these 2 depending on how bad the accident is). If you are involved in an accident which you weren't meant to be apart of simple continue racing /avoided the accident and continue racing.
Lag issues: If you are going for an over take and you see the other car spin out or get drag out the track, please respected the race rules and let them back pass. After that ask the person who you hit how bad your lagging to make people aware your lagging. Lastly sort things out with the other driver and continue racing. If you don't know that you hit someone just ask the other driver if you were and if you were pull over and let the other driver back past. If you know your not lagging and you take someone out and say that you were lagging, there will consequence for this.
Pits: There are no mandatory pits stops during these races but if you need to stop by the pit stop make sure to call on the microphone about your visiting the pits. Also when your leaving the pits look around first then tell people your leaving the pits. If there is a battle or other drivers going past the pits let them go pass wait for a gap and then pull on to the track to avoid accidents.
Safety Car: The safety car will start 3 car lengths back at the beginning of the race and will follow the racers for 1 lap before returning to the pits not getting involved with the other racers. The safety car is there to see how the race starts and to see any illegal race moves. The safety car will also be used in the event of a crash between 3 or more cars. The safety car will be called out if 2 people say and 1 race official agrees. The safety car will put out in front of the leader and do 1 lap so people catch up ( you aren't allowed to over take). Then the safety car will pull into the pits and the safety car driver will confirm the race is on.
Flags:
Green: Is when the sticky bombs go off or the safety car goes into the pits and confirms the race is back on
Yellow: If you see anything on the track (lamp posts, AI, accidence) call out on the microphone (if you have one) to make other drivers aware
Blue: Call out on the microphone about your going to over take other drivers/if you don't have a microphone honk the horn 2 times
Black & white: The race official calls out that you have a penalty and what it is
Black: The race official calls out and you go to the pits and wait for the end of the race
Red: The race official calls out that its the end of the races due etc
Other: NODO rules apply normally for this championship so no contact, no ramming other players, etc. (Read the forms first before entering the event).
Position for grid:
All of the three races will start in reverse grid so there is no qualifying. The first round (Los Santo's International E Prix), first race will be ran in the random grid that the race gives us, however for the second race will be run in reverse grid from whoever wins and the third will also be run in reverse again with whoever wins. After round one the next race grids will be in reverse grids from the drivers' championship points. If you join a race but disconnect you will start on the front grid because they start the race, however if you join late (miss 1 or 2 races) you will start at the back of the grid.
