The Alpha is very competitive in the wet, with it's shallow draft allowing it speeds of up to 40 knots. With heavy rain it starts to float and that makes its turning circle even bigger. |

I am well aware of the alpha disappointment and know that it is not that.... great. I have one and I understand why no one might want to race it. But surely, surely, if you have slower cars like furore or rapid gt it can keep up?  It is absolutely frustrating car for sure, but why not. YOLO I guess We had fun racing the sultan in s3 overall, except on 1-2 tracks where it was just miles behind. Alpha can't be worse than that, i don't really get the drama about it. I could even imagine certain people pulling off a win in it but it generally won't be a candidate for top5, i think you're aware of that though  Also, taking a slower car to "get into it", was a good experience for us. It's not. It's just that the drivers that picked it didn't do anything with it until the day of the races, and then immediately regretted their decision to choose the car and dropped it like an anchor. |

You better make it clear to them that there might not be many spaces available for S4 if there isn't a lot of people from S3 dropping out, since there'll "only"(probably better that way) be 12 teams. Not 100% certain,, but i think most of the "young drivers" will be selected from those that have participated in the "Welcome Playlist" as they have learnt the NoDo rules and racing respect needed for serious events. Im sure endersai will let you know. |
