If you are using 1m28s as an average lap you should go with 41 laps (1m28s =1.4667m -> 60/1.4667 = ca 40,9 laps)  No one has hit a I:28 as far as I know, we've been hitting 1:29s but I'm expecting pace to improve so it'll be somewhere between 40 and 50 depending on pace closer to the day |

Alphas can probably hit high 1:27s when pushed to the max
