i just realized that because i postponed my holiday journey to sunday (hell of alot of traffic on saturday, i am acutally able to race this saturday.
sign me up:
i have a fully tuned: comet, bestia and carbo(no spoiler, the only car that will never see a spoiler, soooo beautiful!)
and mamba&monroe (apparently my sport classic garage had to bleed for space)
i will probably take the Bestia to the sports races for sharing and the Monroe i guess?

Sign me up for tomorrow's event please, although I'm afraid I'll have to rejoin the playlist multiple times... I've been getting a lot of crashes recently. My game crashed in both playlists (1 and 2 weeks ago) on the 4th race, and only today it crashed 4 times. I hope I'll figure out what's wrong soon, maybe the high temperatures are the cause as it's been getting hot lately. The stock CPU cooler certainly isn't helping, but I intended to replace it anyways as it's too loud...

Though I hope it's nothing bad =P |

Thanks for the advices, everyone (and especially iddqd, you're the most helpful person I know!). I've verified the integrity of the game cache yesterday after I wrote my post, but no corrupted files were redownloaded. If the problem persists, I'll try to reinstall the game, but not today, as downloading 65 GB worth of files will take a long time. Thanks again.

Another thing you could try (this is how I fixed my GTA from crashing). Verify integrity of game cache on steam. Descriptionthe windows drivers for xbox one and elite are causing crashes, pick the 360 driver. if your pc doesnt shut down completely its not the temperature high temperatures will cause throttling though. I can imagine that if a CPU throttles enough it'll struggle allocating resources to everything causing some things to crash. Though I'm not sure of that's how it works. I do know that Android will automatically shut down applications if its memory starts to fill up, so maybe something similar happens when a CPU or gpu starts throttling enough. Also, no issues with xbox one drivers so far on my end knocks on wood |
