What is "One Make"?

I'm sorry I won't be able to join this week because I don't have enough money to upgrade that car and I have to go in 1 hour so I wouldn't be able to finish it anyway I will definitely join next week

I am very proud to say it has been one year since the announcement of myself hosting a weekly endurance race every Friday, so in honour of our first year of BWER, I have some noteworthy changes to how things will be run from now on.

First of all, BWER will only allow people on slack to participate, therefore, if you are not on slack, you cannot participate. For those also unaware, there is a private channel specifically for BWER, please send me a message if you are not in this channel and I will invite you to it.

Signing up to a race before Friday will reek benefits.

You will be added to the grid. Let me describe each specific scenario this applies too.

If we have a randomized grid, say 9 people sign up ahead of time, and 9 people join on Friday. The 9 people who signed up on time will be the first 9 on the grid, with last minute signups being at the back.

If we hold a qualifying session, on time signups will start first, those who are qualifying are competing for the spots after the proper signups.

However Standings Based Grids will remain as is. (Reverse Standings with new monthly competitors at the back, and each new month will be based off the previous month standings. 1st place starts 1st etc....)

I will also return to making videos with the information like in the first few weeks of BWER. Instead of text posts. As well with a quick showcase of the track so you have an idea if you like it or not.

I will also no longer be live-streaming this event. In the interest of keeping the lobby connection as strong as possible.

There is no race on the 18th of October (due to myself being out of town, if someone wants to throw something together please message me and I'll give you the preset text message)

There is no BWER on November 3rd as JamieJones77 is hosting his Sports Classics Event at the BWER time.

Following the One Year Anniversary Race. The first five races of the 2nd year of BWER will be tribute races of some of the best BWER races in the first year of the event. Mixing tracks and classes/cars to keep it different from the original races.

Pre-lobby trolling/misbehaviour will no longer be tolerated. If you are fucking around don't be surprised if you are kicked from the race lobby, I am no longer dealing with this shit. Same goes for during the grid making process. If you are dicking around/ interrupting the progress of the event, I will temporarily ban you from BWER. More offenses = longer bans. I don't want to deal with this shit, and simply won't. So behave and have fun.
