Dis pritty güd 10/10 veri niec btw I've noticed that SAGTC isn't on the upcoming events page, might be worth adding it as there's some big names: nodo.freeforums.net/thread/8871/san-andreas-championship-season-full(although then again, drivers are in different cars so it could inadvertently skew the results, I'm sure you know what you're doing) This. tbh honest, being competitive isn't the behaviour we are trying to stop. Its a racing crew afterall, we should be competitive in events. Being an asshole is what we are trying to stop. If anything this list encourages me to play more  |

This list encourages more competitive behavior than toxic behavior (which is the one we dont want). This list makes me wanna go faest, not dirty. But I guess I wont get higher on this list any time soon if the situation stays as it is |

I feel like it would make the community less inviting than it already is in terms of new players. It is racing and racing obviously is competitive, but I think people will feel less likely to want to stay in the community i theyre being tracked on skill from day one and notice that theyre not up to spec with everyone else.
We all gotta start somewhere, and tbh its totally on that person if they dont want to stay just because of an ELO rating, but people do leave because they feel too slow, or dont have enough skill, and this could make it worse depending on who it is

If they already want to leave, I don't think this will effect their decision much. Perhaps we could make a system where we don't track members until they have been long enough here? |

Hey just a tip, because of the spreadsheet is pretty long. You might want to lock the top row of cells. So people like me (that are futher down the list kuch kuch) can just still read what the certain number means. See instructions below. Don't look at language, just follow the lines |
