beta1hit This still a thing you guys are doing? Short of periodically dropping in for playlist races I pretty much never start up the game, I could run it in the background. Some people who have multiple accounts and two computers run this on their own, I know that Serenniel is doing that, I'm doing that myself. But I'm sure you'll find someone from the list in the OP who likes to make some money.

I would still do it, if my Laptop would decide to NOT minimize the game every 1-2 hours like it's doing now. If anyone knows a trick on how to avoid that (and stop it from reacting to the Windows key ), I'd be down for some over night sessions

It'll continue running in the background, although I don't know if focus loss for the controller input will still be a thing

The 9V batteries worked fine on my other PCs And I didn't have a controller at my parents place where I stayed for the holiday. But I also didn't have an OP PC with a power consumption that renders it useless for this.... Anyway, controller seems to work on Laptop, thanks guys

[...]PC with a power consumption that renders it useless for this....[...] Pro tip: set your maximum fps to 30 (you could go even lower) and then start the playlist. Easy reduced power consumption. My rig also uses a lot of power (especially that HD 7970 which uses a lot more then 300w because its overclocked to hell), but with 30fps max, its easily managable. Also, G.L.E.N did some calculations about this, and shark cards are ridiculously overpriced even compared to a super powerhungry build running a couple nights (or work days / university days / whatever).

Sure I wont run the playlist on the normal setting for gaming (high-ultra, 3440x1440 @ 80-100 fps, up to 600W power consumption) but even with settings turned down I wont use my main PC... 140w idle power consumption is not worth it, when I can get the game running on my laptop with just the iGPU (minimum resolution and settigs needed for 20fps, but who cares)

Just realised Jobs are set to 4 rounds to win by default... Just out of curiosity: Didn't you change that to 7 beta1hit?
