I managed a 01:51 on one lap of the ~20 I did. The rest of the time I was just finding spectacular ways to crash into things. On average I'm probably a 01:53.

I did 5 laps (never raced on the track before) and got 1:51.536. jeebuz, did 15 laps, barely got 1:55.1, and at this point I have no idea how to shave off more than 1 second off this time Reavous, I'm sorry, but it looks like you're stuck with one of the slowest drivers of this event Doesn't matter how quick/slow you are, it's more important that you have FUN while doing so

Just put team Terroil starting 1 and 2 and they'll hold everyone up and then we'll all have the same lap times =p

Also, like thinkdave said, he only hit 1:51 once and usually sits around 1:53 and the rest of the time he was just "finding spectacular ways to crash into things". Getting a good lap once doesn't mean anything if you can't be consistent. Also, I don't know what other people have experienced, but it's not uncommon for me to gain a second or (rarely) two during the actual race because I can follow faster people around the track and pressure from the people behind me make me push harder. And finally, this race has 4 mandatory pits which take like, 30 seconds or so per pit? So depending on what your strategy for pitting is, you might end up higher than you expect. Or lower if you get very unlucky with your pits. Also, I got 1:51:7-- once, I usually sit between 1:52:3-- and 1:52:7-- so I'm declaring Dave as my rival for this race =P

I'm getting 1:51s and 52s, so I could show you what I'm doing.

Oooh, Kaleeb42. Will there be a chance of a virtual safety car being deployed for massive incidents? And if so, what is the procedure if an SC is deployed?
