I'd especially like to point out this section:
Notice the bold line, which I just didn't see happening yesterday when I got taken out three times! Consider this a free pass for the uninitiated. In anything other than a trollrace, if you take someone out, even if it was an accident, lag hit or whatever, you wait for them to get back in front of you! Next time I will be handing out official warnings on record!

2) Clean racing is encouraged at all times between crew members, and in general when you have NoDo as your active crew.
If you want to screw around with enemies, or random people in random lobbies, set IGN (or whatever) as active. But when racing other crew members you should aim to be as clean as possible. This means not taking people out intentionally, waiting for someone if it was your fault they had a crash (accidentally or not), not driving backwards to hit people or quitting out when losing, and generally racing fair.
