Well, that looks cool. And this time it will be available for both bikers and CEOs? Wondering how that's going to work. And while it'S natural for R* to stay on topic with this I am wondering if there will be a decent amount of regular vehicles in this update or if it's going to be like Special Vehicle Stunts again.

The text seems a bit ambiguous but what I'm reading here is that it's going to be a new type of organization separate from CEOs and MCs, but exactly like them in how they're basically structured.
If I have to speculate, I'd say these underground bunkers will be like your Clubhouse or Office — and just like vehicle cargo warehouses, there will be storage for the DLC-specific vehicles inside. We're probably going to have the same "gather supply, sell supply" type of Freemode mission, just with neat-o military vehicles.

We're probably going to have the same "gather supply, sell supply" type of Freemode mission, just with neat-o military vehicles. Yeah, it could actually go either way and that's likely what they wanted anyways. Wouldn't make for a lot of speculation videos if they just gave precise information. If there is going to be a seperate type of organisation you'll likely need another HQ since otherwise it wouldn't be expensive enough. I fully expect gunrunning to be the same type of mission as we got with CEO and bikers, they're not going to reinvent the wheel when they got a working formula. Questionable is only one thing right now for me: Will it have a different aspect to any of the existing mission-types? Crates had upfront cost and got better the more you stored. Bikers had optional costs and just needed time to generate product. Import/Export had no upfront cost and you sold your cars seperately/in small groups. Also this was the first one where you wouldn't get any benefit from destroying the cars as an opponent. What I'm assuming here is that they won't exactly copy any of the existing formats but do at least a little spin on them. What I could see happening, especially as they mentioned customisation, is that you will steal a base vehicle or crate full of guns and then have to modify it/them. So you got one of those tank thingys with maybe a light smg, but the customer will only accept (or pay more) if it has a heavy gun from a Savage or so. So you have to get that..

Rockstar heard you liked getting griefed in freeroam lobbies so here's more tools to do so. Meh if they have some sensible vehicles I might buy something otherwise I'll treat this like the Bikers DLC

I don't currently own any vehicles with weapons on them. I might have to make an exception for that half track and the amphibious APC but more because they look like they might be fun rather than the weapons. Depends what it costs I suppose.

Expected something more...
This just looks likes "special vehicles 2.0, the return of the vehicles you buy and never use again"
Hoped for a dedicated race DLC, giving us functioning pitting, some more props, creator 2.0 support and more hhigher prop limit.

Well, we got cunning stunts and recently the new slope pieces with special vehicle stunting. I think that's really quite a lot, not every dlc can have something for us, although that's not even true since most of them introduce new cars to race with. And we don't know the full story yet, we might get some new sports and supers in addition to the main military stuff. Also the functioning pitting is really just a question of them fixing the wrenches in GTA mode and that may actually happen. Wouldn't expect to see any of the creator stuff this time around though. I wish they gave access to the dev-creator, but apart from that I don't expect anything for the creator. And that's fine since, again, we got something that was needed with the most recent update.

I just hope that some of the new armored and weaponized vehicles have standard versions as well that can be used in races. Like for example if the Tampa wasn't already in the game and this update we got this weaponized one it would be likely that we would get a standard Tampa too in this update, but as wee already have the regular Tampa they will only release this probably Pegasus one. I just hope that we get lots of completely new weaponized cars that are not reskins of cars already in the game so that will get a standard version so we at least get something this update

tbd, I only care if there is new, non-weaponized cars, though that APC looks sick
Though I can say if there is new weapon customization I'm all for it, because right now the customization is as shallow as my ex
