Greetings! No big fuss here. My name is Eva, I enjoy clean racing in GTA. Same story as many others. I have been nudged to join a larger racing community since randoms online don't put up any challenge anymore. I fully expect to see my win/loss ratio plummet after joining you all.
I've already read the guidelines and such, so no reminders required. I'll be joining the PC crew once the purge is complete in a week and a bit. I look forward to future races and events.
Until then, farewell!

I know you say you have read everything, but no one escapes my copy pasta: Hello and welcome to NoDo! It's always great to see someone new on PC. Myself along with Mid1010 are the commissioners for the PC side of things, so if you ever have any issues, questions, or whatever don't hesitate to shoot one of us a message. Be sure to check out meetmypyro's Daily Playlist Thread to join in our daily playlist as well as the GTAO PC Events Board to sign up for scheduled events. Also take a look at the Nonchalant Dominance Community Guidelines so you know what's expected of everyone and The Official NoDo Live Chats to communicate both in and out of game. We currently have both a Slack chat which is text based and a Teamspeak 3 server. To avoid the purge when the RGSC Crew fills to 1000 and be promoted to Representative in the crew, follow all instructions in this thread. I hope you have a great time racing with us and I'll see you out on the track!

I hope you have a great time racing with us and I'll see you out on the track! Thanks for the info. I appreciate it regardless. Here is a question for you. I have noticed that many of these events are scheduled for 6-10PM UTC. As someone who works full time, are there any events/playlists/whatever you can point me to that are available later in the day on weekdays? For me, currently living in the PST timezone (-8 hrs.), all of the events I have so far been able to find are around noon (+/- 2 hours) my time. While I ought to be able to make it for such events on the weekend, I have found that some events take place on work days. For example: Forumula E: FridaysPyro's Daily Racing Playlist: Every day? I assume this includes weekends.SA Touring Car Championship: FridaysMuscle Rallycross Championship: SUNDAYS YAY!Are there any other events that you know of that I can look forward to actually being able to participate in? Thanks.

Hey Eva! Welcome to NoDo To answer your question regarding events, most events are done during the evening in Europe. But there are lot's of American members, so getting together to race in the evening (your time) shouldn't be a big problem. And if you want to organise an event yourself, you're welcome to submit it for approval Have a great time!

Thanks. The reason they are scheduled this way is because as Kobo said, most people in the crew are European. As for stuff to look forward too, most big name events that maybe involve Broughy or are more well put together usually happen on weekends. Sundays are a pretty popular day for events. Just wait and see what pops up.

Yeah, this was my assumption, though, for some reason I thought that the PC side of things would be more North American based then the consoles... not sure why. Anyways, I'll sit tight and see if any events come my way, or just get involved with the weekend ones. Hopefully lag won't be too big of an issue. Thanks for the warm welcome all.

Welcome! As far as finding events that fit your schedule, it can be tough. Luckily though, there are some events that have different times on them. For example, Nos' events tend to be earlier because he lives in America, same thing with mine. They might be a little too early if you live on the west coast though.. Also, speaking of people whose win / loss ratio has plummeted since NODO:

Hey Eva, welcome to the crew.
If you have trouble finding events you are able to participate, just try organizing one on your own. Or search some ppl living near to you/your timezone for events or a daily playlist.
I hope you enjoy your stay.
