Look at what happens on tracks like Galileo Ring, though. That one has a ton of sticky props and everyone hates them because it massively punishes people who run slightly wide or turn in a bit early. Then they are stuck on the track and others hit them, and with Galileo Ring, it got to the point where everyone made new versions of the track, just without the sticky props. I can only say that tracks like 'Cutting coroners GP' are my favourite type of tracks, Olympic GP and Los Santos GP also has some tire stacks at apexes and it works fine at my end. Granted, I haven't raced those tracks with 20+ people yet What I find more annoying is checkpoints not on the ideal racing line at apexes so that you intentionaly have to take corners more wide than you would want to. Nothing is more annoying than missing a checkpoint... far more than hitting a tire stack I always see incidents where someone hits the tire stacks on the hairpins in LGSP, usually on the first lap with a lot of players.
