Sign me up, i would love to race with you guys  @pezby has yet to say it, but the sign ups will probably open only in 15 hours. Also you should be able to delete your double post from the tool menu on its top right corner. |

Signups for February 20th are now open This week will be a special event race..Please make sure you meet the requirements before signing up.
If on race day you join game and dont meet requirements,, you will be asked to leave the event.
Welcome To NoDo F1 Race Event.
Track : Grotti F1 Zan-Cudochamps Add to your game so you can practice.Video Lap around Track
Qualifying : 4 laps Non contact. 1 slow lap with a talk thru. 2 Flying laps to set time. Lap 4 meet in pits till all there and race to finish
Race : 40 laps (roughly around 1 hours racing)
Pits : 4 mandatory pit stops taken anytime after lap 1. Pit stops must be called out on teamspeak, or typed into game chat.
Car : Grotti Turismo R . You MUST have your own fully upgraded car. You can set it up anyway you like. There will be no cars spawned. If you do not have a Turismo, do not sign up. You MUST bring the Turismo to pre lobby meet up. If you do not have Turismo at meet up, you will be asked to leave the event.
Teamspeak : It would be great to see everyone using a microphone for the event. It makes it easier to call out crashes and ask people to wait for you.
As a special bonus we will be joined by the reigning PC Grotti F1 2015 Champion ovivoJR . He is the host of the PC Grotti F1 series and will give you a run down of the event he hosts and what he expects from drivers in it.

We will also be joined by Oh_Darn , another of the very best drivers in Grotti F1 and current reigning Champion of the SATCC (San Andreas Touring Car Championship). Oh_Darn may also stream here Twitch TV for people who cant race and want to watch.

You MUST bring the Turismo to pre lobby meet up. If you do not have Turismo at meet up, you will be asked to leave the event. Just calling some extra attention to this aspect. I know it may be difficult for some newer players to afford this car, but it's not completely out of reach. Take some time to acclimate yourself with the crew's heist forum to set up some parties to knock out a few Pac Standards if you need some funds. Having a specific car is a fairly common requirement for participating in NoDo events, and this is a good example for one of the more popular and high quality events that are run here. The Grotti F1 series and the San Andreas Touring Car series are both intensely popular and require a specific vehicle for each one, with some members going so far as to purchasing doubles so that they can have one setup for one race with another one setup for a different race. Fortunately, for this, just having the car yourself is enough to gain entry, and it will make sure that you have a popular super car for future NoDo racing. Lots of the regulars choose the Turismo for random races outside of the events that feature it, so you'll be just fine racing with it afterwards. |
