Please could I sign up for a single week? I'd like to check this out and also race in a less competitive environment than the daily playlist (cus I'm bad ) Just remember this isnt about winning.. Its a learning experience in both racing and respect for other drivers Ofc, but what's wrong with a bit of friendly competition? And don't worry , I'm not on the pace of stepa or anything

I'm definetly in! (I hope, at least)
I'd like to get familiar with all these things, so... It's better for everyone, if we "practice" for the "race", right?

Would've edited my earlier post but felt it most-likely wont be read again. Feel free to take me off the list, might as well open it up for someone who doesn't know too much about the crew... thought this was more about racing techniques than learning nodo basics. I was wrong.

I was wrong. It covers both i would have thought.. You learn from others in races. And because this is a more friendly environment than the daily playlist sometimes,, it is alot easier for you to learn and perfect driving lines and pace. What were you expecting ? A driving school with the fast / hot lappers of the crew ? There were fast drivers in last weeks playlist, if you could keep up and follow them,, you will learn lines etc.. I will remove you from the list.

The racing techniques mentioned refer to things like racing lines, braking points, etc. The Nodo basics are talking about racecraft, being able to race someone without making contact, making dirty overtakes or accidentally spinning them out. Uncle Eddy is already an experienced driver and knows racecraft well, so there is no real need for him to participate.

Its all good.. If people think they are too good for the "Welcome Playlist" ,, then thats fine. But once they decide to drop out,, then theres no return to future special events we are planning / discussing.
This "Welcome" playlist is only a week old,, so things are still new to the hosts as well. If we received feedback on what "new" members would like to see and do,, then there is possibilities of providing it.
If we see the same members signing up regularily and we know they undestand the basic things,, then we move onto more challenging playlists with tighter,, more technical tracks..
Anyway,, this is a place for new members to feel welcome and have some fun races and learn stuff.. Thats it..

How can you be an experienced driver and be decent with your racecraft if you can't anticipate braking points and predict the lines? The reason why I asked is because I have no clue what OP expected, plenty of 'nodo rules' are very obvious and basic things and nobody will teach you how to pick a proper line, you have to get your own eye for it :/
