I was thinking maybe redo the poll listing the new and old version of the tracks so people can vote which one they prefer

I don't really like the tracks too much at all, and that goes for both old and new. I'm not a big fan of overly bumpy racetracks, so having these lane seperation platforms in the middle of the road (some even with grass) isn't something I'm particularly fond of. Also some of the old propping got outdated at some point, because while other people improved their stuff Broughy's tracks never gor updated.
And when the new versions came out they may have fixed a lot of issues with the old propping, maybe a fex problems with the layout, but they also had other issues that other creators learned to avoid rather quickly (example: guard rails). So they also felt not really on par, and that kinda from the start.

Sorry for reviving a dead thread but there have been some updates to the tracks so I guess this is sorta still relevant?
I really liked the north loop how it was before the last update to it (with the dirt patches blocked off so you couldn't cut the corners) but now it is back to the way it was before cunning stunts, with everything wide open. imo this kinda defeats the purpose of the curvy roads.
I agree that the "chicane" at the start of tongva hills was terrible, primarily because it was angled, but right after that a little bit up the hill there was a quick left-right-left corner that I really used to like because it acted like a natural chicane and it was really satisfying to get it right. Now you just cut across the dirt almost at full speed which I think is a shame.
Right now Olympic GP is my favorite track, the raised stunt section when it first came out was terrible but it's pretty good the way it is now, and I think removing the hostpital tunnel section was a good call because it would cause a lot of problems for everyone if someone crashed. Also because the aproach to the hairpin at the hospital is much wider now there are much more opportunities for overtakes wich I like.
BC24H is just always excellent no matter what version you play (even though my fav car the elegy retro gets left behind on the highway lol)
Not sure if RON raceway and LS gp have been updated, haven't played them in a while.
Sorry for the long post, I would post a potato here if I knew how.
