Are other people doing that massive run up for Epsilon? I felt guilty doing it but if it's common practice I may start... I did for the fist few laps. Then I realized how much time I wasted by only having a potential fast time every 2nd lap. Also because I'm off pace properly hotlapping on every lap not every 2nd is way more beneficial for me rather than taking a cheap run up.

As I seem to be doing a flying lap every lap, I choke and respawn every other corner. Maybe I should just set up 20 laps and just do a race simulation. By that point I may feel more relaxed and hope a lap time comes out of it naturally.

So, I was trying to get used to the track, I run a few sessions, and this just happened: {Pictures} Question: Should I add my laptime to the list, if I'm not satisfied with it just yet?

I felt guilty doing it but if it's common practice I may start... my experience with it is that i dont think the time spent vs actual result from doing the run up is particularily great especially when theres other sections of the track you (most likely) can greatly improve upon

The track is fine, it certainly has some good technicality to it - I just dislike having the finish line at the corner mostly because of situations like this. I don't think anyone here is hating on anybody, just stating their opinion. Corner finish lines have to go.

I'm missing at least two seconds in the middle sector and 1 second or more on the final one

Question: Should I add my laptime to the list, if I'm not satisfied with it just yet? It says in the OP you can submit as many laps as you like. So just add it and if you get a better lap time add that one.

when you realise you'd probably do a better job as a tree rather than an f1 driver: yes, its stuck there

F1 is all about intense bumper to bumper battles in Monaco's tight chicanes, and you tell me you're afraid of driving around a 1 minute track? Stop complaining and start hotlapping, noobs
