God, you just don't get it, do you?
At first, we could put this behaviour down to inexperience with the guidelines and etiquette of the crew, but you have been warned and still persist in it. I'm tired of reading the same thing over and over.
During the event a lot of us had a feeling something was up, ghost was blisteringly fast, catching GT1 cars and having enough of a gap to top drivers like Daarnok and Esquz that he could afford to send a few messages in the text chat. You know, you are probably right, there were likely assists from the menu he was using. And he should probably be disqualified, even though it was probably accidental and unintentional.
You were within your right to send the organiser and commissioner a complaint with proof, be that the straight lap time. And then it would be handled accordingly.
However you didnt leave it there, you took that to this thread, in a hostile, vigilante manner, and were warned for naming and shaming which breaks community rules. However you have ignored this and continued to fill this thread with the same thing over and over and over.
You called spaceghost a cheater about a million times, you indirectly called him disgusting, an asshole, ungentlemanly. You posted a video in your welcome post about some guy being thrown around and having his pc destroyed, and basically implied you wished it would happen to ghost. You also posted in his own welcome message that he is a cheater.
This harassing behaviour, in addition to being difficult and demanding both before and after the event, is unacceptable. This was a pretty casual event, as seen by the chatter, latecomers, and general fun. I even fluffed up the start of the race. What you have done to it is spoil the event for pretty much everyone. You have aggravated the host, the commissioner, the participants, and people who just generally know of this incident.
In my books, this "demonstration" vastly outweighs whatever trainer incident happened. Nobody cares about your website review, you are in no position to demand the time the results will be released like some entitled VIP, and at the heart of this, I feel this witchhunt of yours was born from the bitterness that you finished last. Besides AbeCede who pulled over and kept me company on the fruit stands for 20 minutes.
Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill...

Kesha_F1 1. Even though I was not in this event, I've been watching this unfold. First of all, as FriendlyBaron (a commissioner of our crew) along with others have kindly reminded you, public naming and shaming is against our community guidelines, the exact same way as cheating is for example. If you have a problem with someone or something, you should always contact a commissioner and/or event host privately to discuss the issue. Even if you forget the guidelines for a second, publicly attacking and shaming someone like you did is just not decent human behaviour. 2. Your attention seeking attitude is not appreciated. Of course this is not strictly against any guidelines, it's just not something that people in this crew do, or used to seeing. Almost all of your posts are extremely attention seeking and self-promoting, and honestly, you're not going to make a lot of friends with this sort of attitude, and by pretending to be some sort of "civil patrol". We have commissioners who handle issues, and other than pointing out problems to them in private, you simply don't have the need or right to ask for private information, such as the mentioned deadlines, nor to further discuss and try to "solve" issues like this in public, generating a lot of unnecessary debate and salt in our crew. 3. Not to be rude, but referring to your other crews and communities all over your posts does not grant you any right or permission in this crew that would put you above any other member. Simply put, this is NoDo, and not EFO. If you're a well respected member over there, good for you. Over here, you are treated exactly the same way as any other member who just started out with participating in events, and you will not be involved in the discussion of private issues, or given any other benefits over anybody else here, just because you referred to something that has nothing to do with our crew. All this said, I'm neither siding with, or going against Ghost, as that's up to the event host and commissioners to work out. This is just a friendly reminder that your overall attitude is not appreciated by most people here. Not talking about the fact that you pointed out a potential issue, but rather the manner in which you did it. In a nutshell, as soon as you start being active in our crew, pretty much the first thing you do is call out names and cause drama despite most people trying to tell you to stop it. That's not a very good first impression for people to have of you, is it?

Besides AbeCede who pulled over and kept me company on the fruit stands for 20 minutes. Talk about making a mountain out of a molehill... God, salmon. You waited so long to finally reveal the details? Why did you leave his result and say that this was not done intentionally? To whom could I trust this information when I learned that FriendlyBaron is a friend of the spacemonkey? How can I trust this person? I understand that you have known each other for a long time and you have some internal rules, but to me, as a new participant - they are unknown. As well as most people on the forum. Only after I wrote you started to move. Understand, your problem is that you were not open enough. Writing me a short message in PM would solve the problem with this «demonstration» by 100%. Even a short one: «We investigate the report in PM», many times solve the problems of communication between organizers and participants. Now I know how you solve the contentious issues. And if possible in the future, I will use other methods of interaction with the organizers, so as not to accidentally damage your reputation. This is one of the reasons why these rules were introduced. It's not my fault that I was ignored and did not report that some kind of investigation is being conducted. It's like shutting the door in front of your nose. If you want someone to blame for this, then address the words of hatred and rudeness to spacemonkey. He, not I broke the principles of fair competition. I called cheater a cheater. I do not see other definitions for such a person. These are my principles - to call people what they are. I have nothing more to add to this. Why did you ignore my report with a PM? This is the way polite and decent people act, about which you are here bake? If you think that I'm worried about my place in the race, then you are deeply mistaken. I'm tired of repeating that it's important for me to see honest rivalry, not the attempts of individuals to use «doping». You do not like what's going on? I, too, so I'm waiting for a decision.

That's not a very good first impression for people to have of you, is it? 1. It was an interesting experience to learn about some of the features of the community. Of course, in the future, I will contact via PM. But I also hope that there will be feedback. After all, the problem arose precisely because I did not get any clear comments from the organizers. 2. You are not right. I am not worried about the civil position, I act as a participant in the event against which the cheats used. I do not pretend - this is my staunch, vital attitude - I hate cheaters. It does not matter what status the event had. If the rules tell us not to use cheats - no one should use them. Just like 2x2. 3. You forget yourself, I'm not rude and fairly reserved and polite in the situation in which I am. It is clear as God's light that the EFO does not have any privileges here. It was like an example. It is clear that you are solving some questions inside the NoDo team. I welcome this categorically, but nevertheless with you guys from other teams. I need results, not empty chatter, which bothered to comment, a few days after the report. 4. I had some other choice but to publicly write about it? No. The problem is identified and it works (as far as I know). A dead silence engendered such a discussion in public. I repeat for those who do not understand: everything went because my report was publicly ignored. I did not know that the case was being examined privately. And now I will ask those who have not yet expressed, or write to me at PM and we will talk there (if there are any), or stop these senseless reminders. I'm waiting for one - the decision of the organizers. P.S. No one can like all people. Perhaps you also annoy someone in this world.

Kesha_F1 - We usually do not allow non english speakers into our crew - it makes it too hard to properly communicate in and out of the racing. We have made exceptions before on this though, another member who sometimes joins us does not speak english but does a great job in being respectful on and off the track, plans ahead and is very understanding of the difficulties and how we run the crew. We gave you a chance on the same vein, yet you have been rude, demanding, and unwilling to understand we don't run our crew like a by-the-book nitpicking manager. You are not welcome back for further races with us, your attitude is not one that we wish to play or associate with.
As for Space Ghost, I first want to address the "he is baron's friend" = gets special treatment. I would consider most people in this crew and viewers of my stream a friend, so it's not really relevant. Nobody gets special treatment, but when appropriate i.e. a teammate of mine is under review, I hand it off to another commissioner to make sure it appears fully unbiased. Commissioner work and investigations go at the speed of "my free time", not gonna stay up extra hours into the night to work on this stuff - and I've been busy, so only past few days I've gotten time to go over this. Space Ghost believed he had removed his trainer due to an option in that certain trainer. I asked him to do some further testing as I believed he was being sincere and truthful, and he was - he was not aware of the speed boost that having a trainer simply installed gives, even when not "active" that many of us knew about from the older times, and he fully admitted to me that it seemed he was gaining about ~2 seconds a lap to it (which without those ~2 puts him right on the pace of the other GT2s), and thus is disqualified from the race results. It's an honest mistake which he was open to admit after we discussed it and he checked. No need to be angry nor incur further punishments, glad to move on from it and know better for next time. Had I been awake for the prelobby (oops) I would have made sure he was aware of this hidden boost and restarted his game fully.

In this you are probably right, OG_Space_Ghost did not do it intentionally. Of course, your next decision should be to disqualify Space_Ghost from all previous competitions and remove its results from the tables. It would be logical, right?

I was under the wrong impression in my recent post, that this thread was only on the verge of being salty. I'm sorry for my post now. I wanted to assume the best in everyone involved, but what happened after is inconceivable for me. To me this became Eastern-German STASI level of salt. So thank you Baron for your post above.
All in all the event itself was fun, although I - again - was dead last. I guess, I'll stick to twitchwatching and maybe pitwatching events in the future.

Had I been awake for the prelobby (oops) I would have made sure he was aware of this hidden boost and restarted his game fully. FriendlyBaron, You have a hidden rule that I did not know anything about. In my opinion, all conditions must be published in the rules. I do not see where I disrespected drivers before and during the race. To me and my teammates there can be no claims on the race. Maybe we should remember another attitude, when some drivers allowed themselves to practice in front of us in the knowledge of the russian language. And this attitude is disrespectful to other people. It was, at least, not culturally. I was not rude to any person in this forum. I tried to reach the organizers, but they kept spartan silence. Next. I interpreted your first answer as a spacemonkey defense. Your words: « we know that he has a trainer». How can I further understand what kind of relationship you have with him? If everything written is true, then I bring my public apology. I do not know how to read other people's thoughts and guess hints. But you say that you were given a chance. I do not see this message. Perhaps, inwardly for yourself, you said: «If he continues, we will forbid his participation». But this is not how things are done in life. If you give a person a chance, then you tell him about it, but do not keep silent. I perfectly understand that everyone has their own different free time. But for four days not find a minute to write a short message that would immediately solve the problem. It is doubtful. Example, «Kesha, we check him. Wait.» Dot. I never tell or share PM. Only one disqualification for for him on the race (re-check results later) and then faith in the word of honor? ======== For these days I read only reproaches, notation from some pilots. Do these comments have to be respected? Is not this boorish and rude? I did not insult anyone and was as polite towards the participants as possible, even when they allowed themselves much more. I waited a long time for any response from the organizers. When I read the answer, I was ready to wait for a solution, but instead someone wanted to « put in my 5с». If you are so used to solving problems privately, then why did you ignore your own rule and not postpone the discussion in PM. P.S. The same Benimi claimed that on Voltic someone can drive 1:26, but as it turned out - this time shown under doping. ^

Its over, that is the verdict, end of. Spaceghost is dropped from the results, and is free to join future events. EFO are not free to join future events. Now all that is needed is a handy dandy spreadsheet with the results, and we can put this worn out thread to rest, before we have to read another dozen paragraphs. And AbeCede, you treasure, you keep on driving, always a pleasure to have you in an event

Announcement
Results are in! There have been two penalties: Aerotex only did one pitstop instead of the required two. Footage of pitstops of all participantsAs a result, his finishing time has been extended by double the amount of time a pitstop would take. A pitstop took about 15 seconds, so his time got extended by 30 seconds. Innocuous_Barrel got disqualified from the race due to the usage of a trainer. Congratulations to EMDT with FriendlyBaron and Sarah for winning the Championship with multiple drivers in GT1. A very honorable mention goes to Globe Oil with Oh_Darn and @zenvohh , as all these four drivers finished infront of anyone else in GT1. Congratulations to eedo123 for winning the Championship of solo GT2 drivers. By being very consistent and taking pits at the right time he was able to push himself to the front despite an average fastest lap. And finally, congratulations to Chihuahua Hotdogs with Bakajanaino and daarnok for winning the Teams' Championship (teams with both a GT1 and a GT2 driver). They ran away with the points by finishing first in GT2 and 5th in GT1 (while EMDT and Globe Oil finished 4th - 1st). Full results can be seen in this google spreadsheet. Thanks to everyone who participated, especially FriendlyBaron for doing safety adjustments on the track and helping with general stuff, and detectivesalmon for starting the race and pitwatching. Baron please move this to completed events. Changed the original results post. This is now the final result that will not get changed anymore.
