I'm not sure if there will be snow or not, and I don't know how long set up will take, so number of laps could change.
Also, Rockstar loves to shuffle playlist orders, so don't expect this to be the actual race order.

Nicely done. This will be great. So the only time we can't spawn a car is the non contact race. I believe i have them all so just asking for others that might not have the rest

That’s correct. Everyone needs to have their own Dominator because respawns won’t be available in non-contact. For every other race, if you don’t have the car(s) used for the race, just walk up to someone’s you want and they’ll give it to you
