Leclerc to replace Räikkönen for 2019 season, as expected. Good news because now i can stop buying the overpriced watching access since there is nothing that interests me in the sport anymore GG Räikkönen, one of the best of his era. What now for Vettel? Leclerc doesn’t seem like the type of person to accept being a second driver.

Honestly I couldn't imagine someone in his 1st F1 season not accepting a second driver role for next season at Ferrari, next to 4x WC Vettel. You need to have a huge ego to deny a chance like that.

Probably agree with you purely on the Ferrari point, but its not like we haven't seen very talented drivers come in to top teams and challenge the established drivers, with interesting results sometimes. Could be a changing of the guard potentially depending on how the regulations affect teams/drivers.

Well: What a Qualifing!
Not in the Top 6, but the Midfield!
Leclerc's first Q3 and P8 at the end of the Session Hulk only with a P12 Grosjean made it into Q3 but bottled the outlap. McLaren didn't make it out of Q1 Bit of raindrops in Q2 mixed it up a little.
That's some entertainment for a Qualifing!

Kimi needs to go, tbh. His glory days are behind him. The lotus days were magic but it was 5 years ago.

Great race, lots of Action and overtaking. Gg Kimi for podium! He got it because Ricciardo had wing damage from debris, in a car good enough for second. Old School Kimi would have been p2 challenging for the win.

Old School Kimi would have been p2 challenging for the win. Taking the second place from Max would have been heroic effort. There was too much gap IMO.

Leclerc is one of my favourite driver but i don't think he's ready to replace kimi. he needs at least one more year in a lower team before driving a ferrari.

He doesn't want to become Mercedes-era Schumacher.

Kimi might be heading to McLaren If Alonso decides to leave F1.

Kimi might be heading to McLaren If Alonso decides to leave F1. I guess he pretty much confirmed that isn't happening. He just doesn't want to participate in that mess of a team for now.
