You could start with a few of Broughys tracks. Cutting Coroners GP that he uses for vehicle testing is a great all-rounder.

I'm not on PC, but I wouldn't recommend Broughy's tracks tbh. They are quite old and people have found lots of new ways to make tracks better. Maybe Cutting Coroners GP is an okay track to start, because you can use any car and compare it to Broughy's times, see if you get close to it. But other than that, just look for good tracks from the PC community.
