Guys I currently have a fully upgraded Dominator, and I struggle to race with it. I am used to my Feltzer and it's phenomenal traction, but it is so hard for me to drive with the Dominator, it just slides everytime I make a corner.
Any tips for driving with it or should I buy the Dukes?

I've got the same problem. We've seen through Broughy's videos that it's the best, but it's pretty tricky to get it to do what you want. It's even harder in a racing situation when you're trying to be competitive without bouncing off of everything and everyone. I realize you're asking for advice on how to drive it better, but just remember that the top 5 cars in the Muscle class are all within two seconds of the top spot. If you just don't like the Dominator's driving style, consider experimenting with other cars. A car is only as good as you can drive it. The Ruiner and Sabre Turbo, 4th and 5th respectively, only cost 55k to get race ready and they're less than two seconds off the Dominator's pace. The Dukes and Blade are even closer and have way different driving characteristics. Try them out, see which of those top 5 you're most comfortable with, and stick with it. If they don't work out, it's not a big hit to your wallet.

Probably just getting on the throttle too much. Stay off the throttle when turning at all times. With experience you can half throttle but you arent there yet if you are sliding in every turn. Now if that doesnt help you need to brake more going into turns because you are just going way too fast and the car has no more traction to give.

Yeah, you basically have to constantly feather the throttle, otherwise when you turn, its ass is gone. When I drive it I only full throttle properly on a very long stretch of road. When steering, flick the analogue stick, holding it down causes you to oversteers very easily. I found a good track to practice driving the car is Dockyard.

I despise racing with the Dominator although I readily admit it's because I'm not a good enough driver to cope with its oversteer. After having a terrible time with it in rain on the North Loop, I sold it and bought a Blade. It feels a lot slower in a straight line but as much of a n00b driver as I am, I'll take the Blade's slight understeer over the Dominator's major oversteer any day.

Once you get a feel for its limit it gets a lot easier. Its limit is just much lower than the Feltzer, though.
Best sounding car in the game.

I changed the Dominator for the Blade. I like the traction of the Blade (just feels right). And in a random lobby, in my point of view its quite hard for someone who wants to bumb you out when you drive with the blade. But I have to admit thats probably just a lack of skill I'll keep practice to "dominate the Dominator"

When I drive my Zentorno I'm going all out and brake as late as possible. Then when I drive my Masacro it's like, okay, you can go fast, but slow down earlier and go through the corners gradually and controlled. Then when I go over to the Dominator, I'm even more cautious. Then the Zion (coupes) you can go fast but it's slower around corners or you will shoot out. And the Schafter is the same thing.

Thanks for the tips guys, I am trying to get better at driving with the Dominator, usually I just lift the finger off R2 before turning, so I carry the speed trough the corner and by doing that I don't have to accelerate while I'm turning so the car doesn't spin so much, but it is still a very a tricky car to control.
