...would you like us to stabilise it?
anyone seen this option when uploading a video? and does it help a gta race vid? or is it really for real life vids? (only watched a preview and wasnt convinced coz preview playback is poor quality)

Don't click to stabilise. Completely cocks up the vid most of the time. Youtubes form of the annoying microsoft paperclip that thinks you need help.

Your video will look like it was filmed by a drunk camera man. Makes you sea sick if you watch a video that has been stabilised lol

Yeah, don't do this with game videos but sometimes it's pretty good with home movies. Here's an F-18 flyby I shot last summer that was so shaky, it was unwatchable until I stabilized it with YouTube. It did a better job of stabilization than my Adobe Premiere Elements 9 software. Still not perfect but at least it's watchable. Sorry I don't have the original for comparison.

The Blue Angels are so fun to watch. Seen them several times at airshows and even built one out of legos

Tip: When you go out to film something that you know it will be shaky.. Take a Lumia 930 with you, it can get the job done.
