Today on the social club site for the crew I saw a conversation between a few of us regarding someone whom according to TDWPMark is a higher ranking member. Basically a few of us voiced our opinions and was more or less said that the social club site wasn't the place to bring it up. Soooo..... I'm just going to assume that this is!
I'm going to try to cut to the chase and state my point and what I see is going on. It appears to me that there's no clear cut leadership for each console. The squabbling today was on ps3 and I bet the higher ranking officials here that used to be on ps3 aren't now. Truth be told I've been active w/ you guys off and on for a few months now and was lucky i met another member w/a mic and I sure as hell didn't meet a commissioner.
In a nutshell from what I've seen, the leadership of NODO has left its last-gen brothers behind. I can only speak from my experience on ps3 but what I've witnessed is a lack of organiazation, direction, and comradery. And don't even get me started with the problem of splitting a 1,000 member cap between 4 consoles. (Um wait... you mean to tell me the pc coming soon makes 5?!? FUCK!). If I would ever feel like I should contact a commissioner about a real issue I probably wouldn't. Why should I? I've never even seen them online and dunno a thing about any of them. Chances are I'd end up dealing with it my own way
I know that no one asked my opinion or the solution I'm about to propose. Too bad, someone's gotta say something or try to find solutions.
NODO needs to be split into 5 different crews, 1 for each console (of course). It only makes sense. That would help to provide some sense of who's guiding each console's members and greatly increase the number of possible crew mates online at any time.
PLUS I know how big a pain it is when "the purge" happens to the senior officials. I once had a crew and kicked over 400 out in a night and I was ready to just kick myself out and say screw it. It sucks kicking ppl in masses. End of Story
I could rant and rave on and on about this topic forever but I think you get the idea. It's just my opinion, take it for what it's worth.
Later on,
Isaac (aka izzykrazy112)

Your concern is valid. However Broughy closed the 2nd spillover crew to make things easier to deal with and to get new faces in the crew who wish to race cleanly. It is unfortunate that many of us have moved on from old gen and cannot really extend the extra time to go back to it to help lead/moderate it. The best advice I can give you is try to remain objective in your dealings with other members you may meet. None of us on old gen really had a mic for gaming anyway. Your best bet would to join the skype chat under general or PS3 to connect with others ♛ZeNzI23 can help you with this.

OR I COULD JUST CONTINUE BEING LESS ACTIVE BY THE INCIDENT AND CONTINUE USING MY HEADSET. BTW splitting by console would not make it harder to deal with new members.... if someone was watching over each faction. The guidelines NODO has are pretty good (as far as rules for a game about murder and greed go) but they're meaningless jibber jabber without leadership. Picture Inmates running the asylum..... Today is a prime example of why it'd be beneficial. There's members with an issue and do you think it's going to be addressed in a way that'll satisfy the problem? OR will someone, I don't know which side and it doesn't matter to me which side will end up not really being heard? PS that no one having a mic anyway comment made me chuckle since it seems that every 10 year old on the planet has one (even though they should be forbidden to have one) and most my friends have always had one.

No. At no point did I say the person in question was higher ranking. I simply referred to them as a crew member, and stated that a crew commissioner should be contacted if you have a problem with someone.

I don't think there's much point splitting the crews because I think there's probably less than 1000 regulars in the crew anyway. Nobody in that conversation I saw on SC was higher than crew representative . Correct me if I'm wrong but I think reservoirdoc, Pundip and myself are the only lieutenants on the PS3 side. Lieutenants I think only have the power to demote crew reps, which I don't think has ever been done, so I think it's really just a status thing than actual power. other than that I think Parks said everything worth saying.

Well Mr. if that's all you've got to point out I was wrong about... I'd say I'm in pretty good shape. Let it be known that said member did not in fact say the person in question was a higher ranking official. I stand corrected and apologize. Alright so now that's out of the way let's see what difference that made...... None. TBH I really don't even have a dog in this fight. If I'd have an issue w/anyone else I just deal with it accordingly. And if this person in question is really causing a stir he'll piss off enough ppl that the problem will solve itself. It all comes out in the wash

Have you sent a report to a commissionar? It's quick and easy. They don't kick after just one report, but maybe it's just your report that is missing before they take action on this person.

Cheers OG 2 things... 1. I was locked up in work release for the county years ago. There was a guard that used to tell me to put a smile on my face and a song in my heart. We hated that guy. 2. I didn't exactly pick this name and carried it too long to ever change. Sometimes they're picked for you and it sums me up. It's either a question or a statement (think about it) No further questions. I've said too much and accomplished too little

If you have a problem with the way a crew member is behaving, just report it to a commissioner. It really is that easy. If you seriously wanted this guy out of the crew because of the way he acts then just report him. If he is as bad as you claim he is then it really won't be long until he is kicked. Do something about it instead of publicly calling him out with "meaningless jibber jabber" that will not accomplish anything.

I'm not going to get involved in this arguement, enough has been said, but I would say that leadership however basic could be a useful thing for the two old gen consoles. You could have 2 or 3 active members on those platforms just as go-to people if there are any issues. You have to remember that with the purge, there are people that join the crew (and keep perfectly to the guidelines) but don't join or aren't active on the forums and therefore are missing that direct link to the crew hierarchy so if they have issues with other crew members not following the rules, reporting them isn't necessarily an easy task - which it should be. We all know how annoying being taken out in races can be and the purge does allow that sort of driver to join the crew. Just my thoughts

James Two7 While I understand the point you are trying to make, there really is no excuse for not following the procedures put in place. To join the crew you have to use the SC page anyway so...there's the direct link to the hierarchy.
