While I understand the point you are trying to make, there really is no excuse for not following the procedures put in p. To join the crew you have to use this page anyway so...there's direct link to the hierarchy. Look i dont like CB and i dont like to play with him so i ask him to stay away (He can stay in the crew, i dont care!) He doesn't do that. So im not gonna stab a crewmember in the back (CB) by bad mouthing him to a commisionair, no, i go to his friends so they can tell him that. And the easiest way to find his friends was SC. That i calld the asshole a asshole on our crewpage was wrong cause it is not aloud and this kinde makes me a ashole aswell. Okay i'll report my negative feelings towards a ccrewmember to a commissionair in the future.

You should be thankful we try to keep it as open as we do.

If you have a problem with the way a crew member is behaving, just report it to a commissioner. It really is that easy. If you seriously wanted this guy out of the crew because of the way he acts then just report him. If he is as bad as you claim he is then it really won't be long until he is kicked. Do something about it instead of publicly calling him out with "meaningless jibber jabber" that will not accomplish anything. First off... If you think you have something to contribute of value to any talk, try a little harder to know what's going on and whom said what. My only involvement in this whole thing was that I commented on leadership (or lack thereof) in NODO and proposed my potential solution. Now let's talk about you. You had absolutely nothing to contribute of any value to this and yet here we are. You're directing ppl where to find what procedure and what to do in what situation. News flash! We were aware of the goddamn procedure and protocol. And by the way,....... Fuck you and the quote you tried to throw back at me. Too bad you didn't understand the way I used it and just made yourself appear more foolish than you already have. Congrats genius I've come to the conclusion that this talk isn't going anywhere and nothing's going to change. I've been in a couple race crews now and for some reason there's always a couple insufferable douchebags that think they know better than the rest and a shitload of guys taking the game too seriously (rules and guidelines anyone?). It's been fun (kinda) but...... Fuck this crew bs and the ppl involved. Fuck race crews in general. Fuck this forum bs that's eating up time I could be playing (instead of this bullshit). Fuck your rules and guidelines. In fact, for a week or two maybe I'll make it my mission to ruin any NODO's chances in-game. After I wreck you I'll ask what's the guidelines for that situation and who should you report it to.This whole ordeal is just annoying, like a fucking mosquito buzzing by my ear. Adios, I'm done here

People tried to help and explain, but it fell on deaf ears and the only thing in return was hostility. This thread has run its course.

This is pretty much the conclusion what the problem is. You're the problem if you have it in every crew. And this is the solution: This thread has run its course.
