So are off road tires better than sports or high end tires? I prefer to have sport/high end of my cars unless they are off road. Do they actually make a difference?

I have two garages filled with the fastest cars in each class, and the third garage is full of cars that i just enjoy wether they're quick or not!

The secondary grill on the Virgo is very reminiscent of a Torino. It's fun to cruise in.

I have owned two Zentornos, and hocked both of them. I enjoy driving the Infernus much more. It actually has a measureable radius when it turns. And it accelerates faster than the Turismo R, don't think faster than the Entity, but pretty darn close. But the Infernus sounds much better than the Entity! If you are a good driver who challenges yourself, you won't pick "the" fastest car. If you're a beginer I believe the Zentorno and Elegy are the worst cars to learn in.

For better or worse, the curb boosts and off road tires in racing are an exploit.

Cute analogy. But this is GTA, not real life.
