I really thought I made a thread for this track months ago but apparently not. I think this is a really good track and if you enjoy Vinewood Hell this is a track for you as it uses a lot of the same roads although in reverse.
Estate of Affairs
The start finish line has lights and such similar to Shaggys Finish circuit. For the best ambiance race at night. I reccommend Sports, Supers and Coupes for this circuit.
Also for those curious 2:30 seems like the average lap time if you want something to shoot for.
