Is there allready a starting time known? For us a starting time somewhere between 17 an 19 UTC would be ideal. (Kids in bed, not too late)
What do the rest of you guys think in terms of starting? Also keep in mind it might take some time to assemble everybody before the race can actually start.

Some of us are in the rallyX event which will start at 4pm utc, no idea how long could it last though..
so I think maybe prelobby at 6pm utc? Race start as soon as everybody is there but not later then 7.30pm utc
Would that be ok?

7.30 utc is way too late for me. 5 utc is the latest i can go. if it goes over that, i'll have to back down from this event.

So dear participants. Here comes an update about the time for the start. 7 of the 11 competitors on the grid have signed in for the RallyX event, which will be over at 5pm utc So I think that, prelobby session at 5.30pm utc and race start as soon as we have everybody there (but not later then 6.30pm utc) would work. Is anyone not comfortable with that 5.30-6.30pm utc?
Does anyone have particular suitable time to express before we decide an official time?And last but not least: we need another biker, or another quadder. I will take the last spot as I said earlyer, but we need at least 2 for each class so if you can maybe invite someone else you think can be interested.. I'd apreciate that so much. Of course I will re invite people from the other events I'm in in the next days. |

If someone would like to cover the event as media is welcome... yes! I got confirmation that #307 damsaw22™ (Adam) is going to record the race!! It would help the A.S.I. do its job, I have no device to even take a picture of the screen. It would open new possibilities about the regulament, I only hope there will be at least two competitors for each class excluding me. So I could be a not competing participant, and be able to organize the field at the start and at the finish line. |
