Comments and suggestions for any track you try out are all welcome!
Inspiration Circuits - The following tracks were made in an effort to capture the look and feel of real world race tracks within the game. Some of them lean more towards the layout of the real circuit they were based on while others are more about the experience of driving around the track.
=== Atomic Tire Raceway ===
High speed raceway sponsored by Atomic Tires. Long straights and wide turns let you open the throttle in a way most racers rarely get to experience without immediately slamming into a tree or telephone pole. The flat track challenges racers with finding the best lines around the corners to hold their top speed for as long as possible and carry it through into the following sections. Inspired by the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. GTA mode includes a pit lane located just before the finish line.
=== The Glen ===
Inspired by the Watkins Glen raceway. High speed straights, long sweeping turns, and a few slow technical sections will test anyone's racing ability, leaving only the best able to hit the fastest lap times.
=== Rockin' The Parkway ===
Inspired by Lime Rock Park's high speed raceway. This track takes you over multiple elevation changes around a full lap. Long straights and wide turns lead up and into the city where it races down the boulevard to an up-and-down chicane before sweeping back onto the highway. GTA mode includes a pitstop for endurance style races.
=== The Sandy Mile ===
A sprint style race through Sandy Shores that features sharp turns and a pair of long straights to build up some speed. Expect lap times under a minute for anything more powerful than your mom's minivan. Inspired by the Motown Mile track. GTA mode includes a low speed pitlane immediately before the finish line.
=== The Sandy Extension ===
An extended version of the original Sandy Mile, this track adds on a few extra straights and chicanes to mix up the relatively straight forward streets of Sandy Shores. Lap times are considerably longer than other versions of the track, and more suited to quicker, more agile cars as a result. Originally inspired by the Motown Mile track. GTA mode includes a low speed pitlane immediately before the finish line.
=== Ammu-Nation Race Complex ===
Inspired by the Pittsburgh Race Complex. A simple circuit that lends itself well to high speed, intense racing competitions by veterans and novices alike. With wide roads and quick corners, you're most like to find yourself side by side with other racers through more than just the long straights.
=== Atomic Tire Road Course ===
High speed straights combine with tight turns to make a challenging alternative layout for the Atomic Tire Raceway. The road course will push a driver to their limits to eek out the absolute highest speed for each corner without spinning out or crashing into other drivers. Inspired by Daytona's International road course. GTA mode includes a pit lane for endurance racing.
=== Circuit of the City ===
Inspired by the Circuit of the Americas track in Texas. The track features long straights and tight turns with a mixture of both smooth and abrupt elevation changes that turn the simple design into a challenging course for even the most experienced of racers. Lots of power for the hill climb is balanced out by the need for high traction around the tight technical sections. GTA mode provides a pit lane for repairs.
=== Road Los Santos ===
High speed track with wide corners and a few abrupt elevation changes to test your ability to judge your max speeds around the turns. Cars with high top speeds will dominate the race so make sure you choose wisely. Track concept and layout inspired by the historic Road America road course in Wisconsin. Endurance races supported with a GTA mode pitstop near the end of the lap.
=== S.A.I. Raceway ===
The famous San Andreas International Raceway features long straights that let racers open the throttle just enough to get close to top speed before fading into tight technical sections. Elevation changes around otherwise simple corners challenge drivers to find the perfect braking points to get the maximum exit speed. GTA mode features a pit lane in the technical section before the final straight. Inspired by VIR.
=== Be Lucky Road Course ===
Regarded as one of the best road courses in all of San Andreas for it's wide variety of terrain changes and mixture of technical sections along side wide open high speed sections. Inspired by the Road Atlanta road course. GTA mode includes a pit lane for repairs.
=== Arcadius International ===
High speed raceway featuring wide turns and even wider straights to let drivers push their vehicles to the limits racing through the city. Track layout inspired by the Sebring International Raceway. GTA mode includes a pit lane on the back straight before the wide hairpin that leads to the main straight.
=== Mid-City Sportscar Track ===
Inspired by the Mid-Ohio Sportscar Course. The Mid-City Sportscar Track takes you up and down challenging chicanes with steep elevation changes before flowing into long straights to connect them all together into a quick lap through the city and along a small section of the highway. GTA mode includes a pitlane on the backstraight before the final turn towards the finish line.
Serious Tracks - The following tracks were made for serious racing and generally require higher than average driving skill for a clean lap. Also included here are my "other tracks" that don't fit into the Inspiration or Ayy Lmao tracks.
=== Atomic Tire Grand Prix ===
Atomic Tire expands it's influence into the legendary realm of Formula 1 racing with a brand new circuit along the beach and through the hilly streets of Del Perro. Taking inspiration from real life Formula 1 circuits, this track features tight chicanes with elevation changes, hairpins that sweep into highspeed corners and back into hairpins, and long straights to open the throttle and get to top speed. High driving skill required. GTA mode features a pit lane on the main straight.
=== Hot Ring Los Santos ===
Hot Ring remake at the airport! Bring back the feeling of speed with a flashback to the beloved racing mission from the classic Grand Theft Auto Vice City. NASCAR style racing at it's finest - wide left turns with massive straights to let you push your car to the limit of it's maximum speed. Includes a pit lane for endurance racing.
=== Harmony SpecialStage I ===
Special Stage of the Harmony Rally Circuit. Pavement and dirt track swaps back and forth along a winding path into the hills behind the small town of Harmony. Best experienced in a Sultan, Kuruma, or Stirling GT.
Ayy Lmao - As the odd name suggests, these tracks aren't meant to be taken seriously. They were originally spawned as a way to attempt to take a bad idea and make something race-able out of it, such as making an entire course using only the "Tire Line" prop. It has eventually evolved to cover just about any style of track that falls outside of "meant to be used for serious racing", including but not limited to jump tracks, loop tracks, and demo derby tracks.
=== Ayy Lmao GP Rally Pro I ===
ARE YOU READY FOR A NIGHT AT THE RACES!? Based on the impromptu track of the first ever Nonchalant Dominance PC Crew Car Meetup, this race features as many hairpins as possible followed by long straights and not much else.
=== Coup-Ayy Lmao Pro Series ===
73 years in the making, this exciting sequel to the beloved Ayy Lmao GP Pro Rally I is finally open to the public! Featuring cross jumps, slaloms, and even a missing section of the track, you'll love this race from start to finish! The perfect race to play out a midlife crisis and only pay for a new paintjob.
=== Ayy Lmao Tire Tribute SX ===
The most popular short track series, Ayy Lmao, continues with this exciting, high speed, extremely technical tribute to the most beloved of props: the tire line! Sweeping turns, sharp hairpins, and a couple jumps prove that the tire line is the best prop ever made.
=== Ayy Lmao Chincanery GTX ===
Back and forth and back again around the track. Don't lose your rhythm or you might get knocked around and lose your position. Inspired by MCaesar.
=== Ayy Lmao Bushwacker XLT ===
Lurking in the bushes is the perfect racing line. You must find it before someone else does and claim ultimate victory in this rallycross style race. But don't cut the corners too closely or you'll find yourself bushwacked like the rest of the shrubs. Best experienced with one of the usual rally cars or other offroad vehicles.
