Due to my involvement in a street fight this happened:  Unfortunately I won't be able to race in this event :-( Sorry cloudmcshort! First I bail out on 3/4 races then I drop out completely, I haven't really been a good or reliable teammate  I think the reason this happened is because you took Carl's Glass and he didn't like that very much! Now isn't thaT right @hiberg? You are absolutely... wrong! |

I'm not going to race today I'm afraid. Apologies to Blah and Iceman but I haven't had the time to practice. Not only that but my connection issues are back where I cannot stay connected to a session for more than 15 minutes.
It would be far better for someone else to take my spot.

Sorry ovivoJR that I didn't send you a screenshot or even an explanation for why I didn't. I've been very busy the last couple of days with work and othe real life stuff and have barely been able to be at my PC at all.. I'm completely fine with starting dead last because of this. To the good news, I'm currently getting my second PC up and running and when it's done, I can probably stream the whole thing. I hope it's done today.  |

I'm not going to race today I'm afraid. Apologies to Blah and Iceman but I haven't had the time to practice. Not only that but my connection issues are back where I cannot stay connected to a session for more than 15 minutes. It would be far better for someone else to take my spot. Ok suzied. If you don´t feel like racing then thats how it is. I don´t think we will find a reserve for blah so shortly before the event but you never know. Yeh just tried racing with Ganjalo and my connection is all over the place. I will cause a crash if I race and as a reserve, I don't want to ruin it for anybody. |

So it looks like my alarm went off at 2.40am, i hit snooze and now its 5.50am...
Ovivo I should relinquish the role. I really want to partake but 3am is a difficult time commitment and its selfish to occupy the role when I can't guarantee attendance.
It's a shame because I put a good little outfit together that kept my Pfister polo shirt on display (I am still a Pfister driver after all) whilst wearing what can only be described as a orange trousers and an orange open face helmet!

Grotti F1 Banham Canyon Results:
What a race you have missed if you didn´t watch it. Banham Canyon turned out to be one of the most exciting races this season. The fight for the lead was intense for the whole race. The start was clearly dominated by the pole setter arken. He had a good start and went first into the first turn. But behind him there were a few position changes. Oh_Darn starting in second had a bad start with spinning tyres in still wet conditions after it had just rained before the start of the race. He went from 2nd place into 6th position before even entering the first turn. Superstepa_, Renegade1911, ovivoJR and fab. ICEMAN passed him.
ovivoJR the leader of the championship also lost 1 position at the start of the race entering the first turn in 5th position. "I was feeling more confident in the car than during the qualifying but we were still of the pace at this Grand Prix. I am very happy that I finished in 3rd place. We will fight back to old strenght at the next Grand Prix" he said.
arken wasn´t to happy about his finish in 2nd position: " We had the fastest car this weekend. I set the pole time, the fastest lap time but an error in the Hybrind Engine slowed me down in the first stint loosing the lead to fab. ICEMAN. I managed to catch up to him again but wasn´t able to pass. It was a good battle but I am dissappointed b/c I could have taken over the lead in the championship today"
The first time winner of this season fab. ICEMAN (Tequi-la-la) told Weazle News: " I am so thankfull that the team gave me such a great car. I had a flawless race with a tough battle in the end. But the consistency decided this race in my favor".
In the drivers championship this puts fab. ICEMAN (52) into 3rd place behind arken (79) and ovivoJR (83).
The constructors championship is still dominated by Xero F1 (120) followed by LS Customs (101). Team Tequi-la-la also claimed 3rd spot in this ranking (60).
A great race overall guys. Good driving in the first turns (no safety car needed). Thank you all for participating.

Hello everyone, here is my POV for Banham !
The timing of the video is not yet done, but the essential big lines are :
I take off the race 16th, and I manage to go to the 6th place. Then I lose my shit all over the place an finish 11th with a huge amount of crashes after the first third. This is due to a suspension problem after my first 2 bad crashes, and with the pitstop available only 3 or 4 lap after, I keep continue crashing/drifting inconsistently.
Also, I did have much time to practice, so I feel I can do far far better. At the beginning of the race, I even tought I could go to 5th position, overtaking Renegade1911, because my pace wasn't so bad.
tldr; nice start, going to hell after. The bolingbroke team curse go on.

Binco engine failure hit both teammates this race. We may be disappointed today but we are going to be working very hard with the crew to get back into the game next week! The Binco brothers are going to be making a strong comeback! |

Grotti F1 Cluckin Bell Date
Hey racers, please make a vote in the poll on the main post to which date Cluckin Bell Grand Prix should be delayed. There are a few racers that cannot make it to the date next weekend so they asked about moving it to the next weekend. The problem for me is that I cannot race that weekend b/c I am out of town. So I would prefer moving the race to the end of the season. Just let me know what you think about it.

A second thing is that @hiberg dropped out of the competition due to a broken arm. If there is anybody that wants to take part in this competition as a full time driver please let me know.
