I love how only one person pitted on the first pit window lap. Nobody wanted to give up positions That was lap 7 right? I pitted then behind Vixtro I'm sure, really worked in my favour. I was 5-6 seconds behind Vixtro and 3 behind Mr Cleanup and by lap 9 I'd moved up a position where mine and Cleanups battle began  I did not have the pace to keep up so had to rely on pit stops to help me. Another note, I wish they'd fit extra brake lights for the turismo because those dark mountain roads are a real hazard! |

I love how only one person pitted on the first pit window lap. Nobody wanted to give up positions That would be me, and I was actually a bit surprised, in all the previous GP's I usually see several people pitting ASAP. I don't like to pit right away and normally leave it quite late, if not the last lap window, but a few crashes made my decision clear. I enjoyed the race for what it was, but I'm very disappointed in myself, I got caught up in someone else's mistake early on, lost several places, got quite angry about it and from that point on, my race was over. If I could have kept a clear head and concentrated, might have had a shot to make back up the positions. That's exactly what I was trying to tell myself at the time, to "chill the fuck out" and just concentrate, but it's never that straight forward, lol. Problem is, I'm not used to endurance racing, so I'm still in the adjustment phase. The sort of racing I'm used to is going out for several races in one meeting for like like 5-10 minutes at a time. So if you screw up in one race there, at least you got the other races to get you back into it. With these kinds of races, just one mistake is enough to waste an entire hour of racing and many more hours of practice. |

I crashed into the pits and crashed coming around the corner in the pits... Lost about 15 seconds in all. Then the huge downhill swing started for the Binco handling. Something mus have come loose in the car then and we just couldn't fix it. Eventually it went into the engine and it blew up. |

I don't think that was a good day for you to race. It's a shame my PC won't handle recording, but that's gonna change soon maybe even the next race. I can't wait to get all those pit stop crashes recorded and make a highlights video of it. |

Yeah, I've seen your crashes. I don't think that was a good day for you to race. It's a shame my wouldn't handle recording, but that's gonna change soon maybe even the next race. I can't wait to get all those pit stop crashes on video and make a highlights video of it. Lol I have it recorded... I'll upload it tonight for Ovivo. |

Grotti F1 Race Schedule Update (main post updated):
Thanks to everyone that has voted in the poll about the Cluck´in Bell Grand Prix. The majority of the racers have voted for the 3rd option. Due to this the Cluck´in Bell Grand Prix will be the 7th race this season (September, 5th).
There will be no race this and next weekend. The next Grand Prix will be on August, 22nd (Grotti F1 Del Perro).
Grotti F1 8th race announcment:
I am happy to announce the final race of this season. We will be racing the Grotti F1 Fylin High race on September, 12th. This race was created by mrcleanup and should provide us with a track that is well suited to host the final of this season. Go and check the track out!
