Hey I'm Mr Incredibeard on Xbox One, these are my races.

Pillbox Hill Grand Prix (http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/Ox1cNXHyIkyar-n88zuFvA[1] )
2.25 miles around Pillbox Hill, decent straights, some sharp turns and includes a chicane on a straight. Also has 2 crossovers.
Griffith Park Track (http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/YcArCymCb0iEj66oa6318w[2] )
.66 miles around the observatory. Very fast laps, wide sweeping turns with one major hairpin in the observatory parking lot.
Davis Avenue Circuit (http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/Qc-yKuSyfEKwWfU1Hwp_Og[3] )
1.7 miles around the area around Davis Avenue. Urban race with some challenging corners and nice straights.
Sandy Shores Rallycross (http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/lOInUZRJr06Sk64m66e7iw[4] )
1.45 miles around Sandy Shores airfield, both dirt and tarmac. Is in rallycross style and includes extra bit of track for the joker lap which is in real rallycross. A joker lap is an extra bit of track you do in only one of how ever many laps you do.

.82 miles VERY fast laps around Mirror park. 10 laps in about 5 minutes. You cna almost floor it the whole race, but you need precise throttle control to not wipe out in a race. One of my favorites.

2.72 miles. Longer track around Route 68 with a short crossover. Fun sweeping fast curves on highway with a couple of hairpins.
Beekers Street Rally (http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/fX85Fbn3K06QxkMYjVoyRA[7] )
2.18 miles mixed surface dirt and asphalt around Paleto Bay. A fun somewhat quick street race. Another favorite.
North Vinewood Circuit (http://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/jobs/job/hEQjo4h8n0eAxUwLTpD4ew[8] )
1.82 miles. Shares a bit of road with Griffith Park Track, sweeping curves with good turns in North Vinewood.
