The WiFi on my room is very bad, so I thought about buying a Range Extender. Just for your info, a LAN-cable is not gonna work anytime and I want one which I can put in a plug. I was thinking about this one: TP-LINK LT-WA854RE. Because it is not really expensive but has good reviews and it seems suiting for my situation. Do you think I should get this one or a different one? (I also get the message about IP Fragmentation but more about that in this post)

They provide you with them in the box. It just plugs straight in to the wall socket

The problem is that I don't have such a socket in my room

It plugs in to your regular power socket. You do not need a physical ethernet port in your wall (like you do for a wireless router), instead you plug these in by your router and the other by your console and then use the ethernet cables provided and plug those into the powerline adaptors themselves.

I see, thanks for your info but I'd choose the 1 I found above yours
