Are they any brighter than Stock Lights, or are they purely aesthetic?

I think they are aesthetic. I like the yellow glow of the "I'm not a hipster" update cars.

I think they do produce more light, but I don't like the sterile blue tint they have.

I avoid using xenons because they allow jet pilots to pick your car off in a hearbeat. That doesn't answer the question but it's definitely something to consider if you spend a fair amount of time in free roam.

I have Xenon lights on a few cars, like my Penumbra and Sentinel. But most my cars are Xenon free. In my opinion Xenon lights are brighter.

Yeah they stick out like crazy. I look out for them all the time when picking off bounties and whatnot. They essentially make going off the radar useless if you're trying to hide from a competent pilot. Stick with stock and you'll blend in with traffic.

I don't think I've ever stolen one from the military base without being blown up by a tank XD I'll think twice about putting them on cars I free roam in often. I've never put them on older cars like the Blade though, it's just wrong.
